I see this more as an animated movie. True fans will understand a live action but the general audience may find it overwhelming

I thought the plot of Bruce’s mind being a villain too is amazing. But personally I think once the attack on gotham starts we can get a scene with deacon giving a speech to hundreds of his followers saying how if they follow the gods they’ll be invincible. Then at the end when Batman beats him and deacon begs for mercy that’s what causes the followers to switch up and kill deacon. With deacon getting beaten until he begs for mercy it shows their gods are fake as he’s not invincible. To me personally I feel like would be a better way to get the followers to change everything and attack deacon

Hey, this was a really great story! I loved how you showed the enteral fight within Bruce, showing his confliction. And you told a very interesting story about Deacon Blackfire and how he completely takes over the city. It had this dark tone to it that worked well. Only thing is that Mayor Mitchells kid is not the best choice for robin. He still has a mom so he is not an orphan. You could have just done Dick Grayson instead. But I loved your story! Great job!

out of all the other pitches, this one's by far my favorite one for batman 2, the story is dark, gripping, the internal monologue and conflict is pure chef's kiss if it falls under a great writer, and i actually love the overarching theme of batman understanding he needs allies. good job dude!

Great story, only thing I would have changed is the opening to act III. I know we’re really trying to drive the tone in this point, but with Batman being out of commission for some time and coming back to find Gotham in a state of emergency kind of feels like the Dark Knight Rises and many many people would have an issue with that. Other than that one thing, BEAUTIFUL

I think the title can be reworked to be Batman: The Evil Within or The Batman: Evil Within or a fancy one that doesn't really make sense, The Batman: Ballad of Buster

Interesting, yes. Blkfyre doesn't juice me up to see this. Putting the Owls right there in its place does. The Bats still gets to go in deep on detective work to expose them while doing his own Shadow work.

I’d love for Deacon Blackfire to be the main villain in the next movie. I’m even working on a pitch for The Batman sequel with Deacon Blackfire, Mad Hatter, Harvey Dent, and Tim Drake in it.

@@TheSourcePlug Sure. I’ve also got two more ideas for the sequel. One featuring Wrath as the main villain, Cluemaster as the secondary villain, Black Mask as the mobster villain, Harvey Dent, and Stephanie Brown. And the other with Mr. Freeze as the main villain and Barbara Gordon.

this is great , but I think Reeves style is not in this manner , I believe having some villain challenging him like this would be his choice , this surreal aesthetics is more Tim Burton , Also fun thing my own pitch was to have someone commit suicide in the first scene .

Good thought, definitely the aesthetic I chose was more Tim Burton but I believe the overall arc of dealing with his "split personality" for lack of better words would be a great sequel. Regarding your pitch, sounds like our minds think a like. If you ever make your own Batman videos I'd check them out.

Matt Reeves literally made The Planet of the Apes trilogy and Cloverfield. He knows how to utilise surreal elements.

ngl its amazing and that but a 3 year time skip aint it maybe a time skip at the end of the movie but otherwise naaa cuz you need to see the progress of bruce and batman so maybe a few months of time skip, like the opening showing gotham again after it being rebuilt and then this plot line of him coming in terms with him being bruce and batman at the same time, since the previous one showed him struggling with being bruce with talking down the main villain and that and then at the end maybe a 3 year time skip with a cliff hanger

Lol, it's different but I believe it fits the core that Matt Reeves showed in the first film. An inner conflict with an ongoing arc about what should The Batman be. The first movie did a great job showing what should Batman be for the city. I believe the next arc Reeves should tackle is the "dual personality" for lack of better words that Bruce has been dealing with since he put on the cowl.

Riddler thought that way too. For me, in that movie, Batman was a weapon. Bruce Wayne is Bruce Wayne. Point blank, Im tired of Bruce being treated as a mask. Its funny because in the first movie, Riddler says that Batman is his true self verbatim.@jonfbfb4483

I got a much better idea for Robert Pattinson's Batman, just have him have a epic battle with the Joker after he want high killer count massacre. Batman so distraught over Joker's killings, he actually kills the Joker, releasing a Joker gas onto Batman, turns him into the Batman that laughs. Unbeknownst to the Batman that laughs , Darkseid of the Affleck's Batman universe sees this change of Batman, sees him as pawn to destroy the Justice League, so lures the Batman that Laughs through portal to Affleck's Batman universe and world. Warner Bros would print money bringing this film....imo
