the word m5an5an comes from the sound of the nose being blocked bt flu.
2. عرفتو كيف؟ 'rfto keef:
we say "you know how" translated as "you know what"
3. راحة raa7a:
literally: comfort
context: relaxation
4. إقعُد على اللابتوب e23od 3ala el-laptop:
literally: to sit on the laptop
context: to work on the laptop
5. شو في بِ راسي shu fee bi raasi:
literally: what there is in my head
context: what I'm thinking about
6. هَلّا عَم بتذَكَّر أنا شو في قدّامي halla 3am betzakkar ana shu fee 2eddami:
literally: I'm remembering
context: I just wanted to tell you about
7. عَزَّلنا البَيت 'azzalna el-beit:
the verb عَزَّل - بيعَزِّل is to clean so much
8. شَطف shatf:
this word is used to wipe water from the floor. We can use it for other things like cars.
9. أنّو الواحِد ما في لا كَهربا وَلا مَيّ enno el-waa7ed ma fee la kahraba wala maii:
literally: the person, there is no eletricity or water.
context: no one has power or water
10. أمبيرات كَمان amberat kaman:
literally: ampers
context: generators' subscriptions
11. la ayya daraje msharbke el-umoor لَ أيَّ دَرَجة مشَربكِة الأمور:
literally: to what extent things are tied.
context: things are super complicated.
12. انشالله لَ السِّنِة الجايي بَقا inshallah lal sene el-jaayi ba2a:
the word "ba2a بَقا" refers to caring about the future plans more than the present ones.
13. بَدِّي إفتَح مَعكُن مَوضوع baddi efta7 ma3kon mawdoo3:
literally: I want to open a topic with you.
context: I want to talk to you about something.
14. أوَّل تَبليشة البِزنِس تَبَعي awwal tebleeshet el-business taba3i:
the word تَبليشة tableeshe means the start.
15. البردايِة عَم بتلوح و تجوح el-bardaye 3am btloo7 w tjoo7:
we use usually words similar to each other in Arabic to speak sarcastically. Same as if I wanted to say: "Hi Ti!" -- Ti means nothing in English, but we say it as a sound to mock somthing.
16. أنتو لَو كنتو مَحَلّي ento law kinto ma7alli:
literally: if you were in my place
context: if you were me
17. ماشالله بِ الهَوا سَوا mashallah bel hawa sawa:
literally: in air, together
context: all in the same situation.
18. يَعني خَلَص بتِطلَعو ya3ni 5alas btetla3o:
tile3: means to go out - sometimes the country
20. لأنّو بَرَّا رَح يكون أنّو خَلَص le2anno barra ra7 ykoon enno 5alas:
khalas: means it's done! nothing to think about!

means a new life.
22. أنا قَرَّرت إمشي فيه ana qarrart emshi feeh:
I decided to walk in this road (the new decision)

mwanwan: is a spoken adj. means not sure!
25. حَتّى يحسّ بِ إحساس آخَر hatta y7ss bi i7saas a5ar:
to live a new experience.
28. إيجابيّة يعني بِ طَبعي ijaabiyye ya3ni bi tab3i:
طَبع means nature for people only.
30. الروحة و الجَيِّة el-ro7a wel jayye:
literally: going and coming.
context: the complicated procedures.
31. أوراق و ما بعرِف شو awraaq w ma ba3ref shu:
literally: papers and so on.
context: biocracy
32. فَ هيكي fa heke:
so that's it.
33. مُجَرَّد ما حكيت عنّو mujarrad ma 7kit 3anno:
mujarrad ma: as soon as

I wish one day I will be able to visit Syria ❤. The only problem for Latvian citizens now - if we enter Syria we forever will be forbidden to enter USA (now we can travel to USA without any visa). But I know that British KZfaqrs already started to come to Syria as tourists, so I hope this rule will be changed in future. But anyway it was never my dream to visit USA, but Syria seems to be one of the most beautiful countries in the world to visit ❤ and to enjoy its beautiful nature, culture, delicious food and to meet a lot of nice people. I think people are the true treasure of Syria, not in every country people are so friendly, warm and welcoming.

Awww how sweet your words are!! Yes! You are right! Unfortunately, nowadays, entering Syria may mean a ban or an issue entering the US. But as you mentioned, it is the best place a person could ever visit. I even tried to like other countries and thought maybe I would belong somewhere else but I only can see Syria in my heart. People, food, places, history all together make the best life. I hope this will change soon. I would love to have my group courses in Damascus or Jableh as well. Best ❤️

If I was in your position I would travel abroad, if possible. You can still create content in your new country. It's not an easy decision especially if you're leaving family and for sure you will miss the food but home will always be home and if it doesn't work out you can always go back home. Give it a shot and have no regrets. Best of luck with whatever you decide, Rana.

This vlog is great, la'enno bya"tini ktír kalimét la Hatta bwussal "al mustawat el mutawasset, hehehe, shukran! Fa, wen bensaHki truHi? Have you considered visiting Brazil? There are many people of Lebanese origin (from two or three generations ago), a few of them can still speak Arabic today. There are also a few newcomers from Syria. I always lived in the northern hemisphere, but I've been in Brazil for many years, I love it here. There are social problems as well, but it's a happy people, with a lot of diversity. Even the climate is diverse, with cold winters in some places. A downside is that it is very far from the Middle East, which I would like to visit some day!

Enjoyed the video!💕 I would definitely give it a try. Life is here to see and experience everything. I would be more careful about picking where to live. Because I traveled a lot and I don’t like a lot of places (even in europe). 😂 (I am from europe and I half moved to the middle east, I enjoy here the culture, the food and people and sun). You can also check out my country Estonia 🇪🇪. Its very nice place, but not a lot of people know about it. Also approved by my Syrian husband.

I think you are in a special place in Syria, a country we in the UK are fascinated by. It seems to me you have a high quality of life with family support, so much interest in your language, culture and history. I am not sure just how hot it is, but that would be difficult for me, no wonder you can do so little in the heat. So that would be a consideration for moving. But where would I recommend to go? So difficult. The world is strange at the moment, tilting towards authoritarianism everywhere, but behind it is nature, awesome and fascinating, so travel would be exciting. Many schools in the UK would welcome an Arabic teacher, I fear the private ones (fee paying), if you wrote to them they would offer you work, part time I suspect, but possibly somewhere to stay. That would be interesting for a year or two.

If you want to move to another country, try it. If it doesn't work out, you can always come back to Syria. As for the choice of country, I think you should at least consider the following things - Which countries would make it easier for you to get a residency/work visa? Unfortunately, we can't move freely around the world, and you certainly don't want to live illegally. - Is there a country where you have a relative or friend who could support you for a few months? - Can you arrive in the country already employed? If you arrive without a guaranteed job, how long can you afford to live without an income? Here in Brazil, the average time to find a job was 1.5 years (of course, this varies depending on age, gender, education, job title...). - Some countries are wonderful, but the cost of living is extremely high. Think about this carefully, because if you have to live without a job for a while, it will make a big difference in how long you can live without an income. - How will you deal with health issues? In almost every country in the world, the health system is paid and very expensive. - I don't know all the countries, but some are more hostile to foreigners, while others are friendlier. - What languages do you speak? Will you be able to communicate in the country you are going to? English is the universal language, but that doesn't mean that people everywhere can speak it. For example, here in Brazil, with the exception of a few tourist areas, the population doesn't speak English at all. Latin American countries are all very welcoming to foreigners. Like everywhere, Brazil has its advantages and disadvantages. * Disadvantages - It's not the safest place in the world. Crime is high. - Few people speak any language other than Portuguese. - The big cities, where there are more jobs, have a higher cost of living. * Pros - Brazilians love foreigners, probably because almost all of us have a foreign relative (father, grandfather, grandmother, great-grandfather, great-grandmother...). - People go out of their way to help. Even if they don't understand what you are saying, they will try to help you. - It is easy to make friends here. For example, if you're on public transportation, in a restaurant, at the bus stop, anywhere, people you've never seen before will start chatting with you, talking about their lives, and many will want to give you their phone number, invite you to visit them, as if they were old friends. - The public health system is bad, but it serves EVERYONE. It doesn't matter if you are rich or poor, Brazilian or foreign, legal or illegal. If you need it, just go to a health center and they'll treat you. For FREE. I don't want to discourage you in any way, but I have pointed out a few things you should think about before you move. I wish you all the luck in the world and whatever is best for you.

Life in another country is more complicated and lonely than staying in Your country with Your family. All everyday things became much more difficult and stressful. I lived since 18 years old in another country without my family and since that time I have tried to live in different countries. It's an interesting experience, just You should be aware that it's also very stressful and difficult. When married couple goes to live in another country it's a bit easier, because at least You have Your spose near You in Your happy and difficult times. Also I noticed that in all countries Russians communicate with Russians, Arabs with Arabs, Turkish people with Turkish people, Shrilanka with Shrilanka, because local people prefer to have friends with local people and not interested to have close friendship with immigrants.

Come to Vienna (Austria)! It's a beautiful place, good health care system and a lot of things to do. And it might not be so huge of a country as Germany or else (which can be scary maybe). The only thing in Austria is, the country is not very open to other languages than German (the main language). I mean this in the sense of that you hardly find jobs, where speaking english is enough, and the people are definitely racist against non-german people, especially if they are from middle east etc. But since you give online lessons and you are somewhat flexible with your job, it might be okay for you to come to Vienna anyways. You can actually find cool people here and there are also lots of arabic communities:-) And maybe you decide to learn German. I guess you already have decided to move. It is just that it is emotionaly hard to leave your family, especially your mom. If I were you, I would move to Europe, especially to Germany. Your business is online so you can set up your business anywhere and you are a very hardworking young person so a bigger city will suit you. If you succeed in Europe, you can invite your mom to live with you. Bon voyage and good luck. 🎉

But when you think about high food and energy prices in Europe, it may not be an option. Prices are high even in Dubai. So if you like nearby countries you may like Turkey or Egypt. Nomad people also like Georgia because of low prices and easy visa requirements. If you want to live like a hardcore nomad gal, Thailand can be an option. Talking about aesy access to visa Canada is great too. Yes, options are endless...

In Cyprus all Syrians are obsessed with idea to go to Germany or USA. Cyprus is not good enough for them, they sure somewhere will be better. But I came to Cyprus from Latvia, because I like warm weather and sun and I can not enjoy my life in a cold climate. Also I know how much delicious food is important to Syrian people so I really can not imagine what they would eat in Germany or USA (no offence to these countries I just say that Syrians are really picky eaters who can't leave without delicious food). Also cold climate and no sun can be very depressive. I think South of the France (but not Paris) would be more appropriate to Syrian people, but to my surprise I didn't meet there any. And also as I know French language is more culturally close to Syria and Lebanon (many Lebanons perfectly speak French) than German language, for example.

Yeah! I think the system in Germany being a country that may help with money and jobs etc is the main reason Syrians are trying to escape it. If it is me, I would LOVE to stay in Cyprus for a while, in Greece. But I would not prefer Germany, it is not the weather I like, neither the vibes I like. But people are great everywhere. I always find those who are interested in Arabic culture are nice and beautiful. Of course others as well but not as much ❤️

your vlogs are very useful for learning arabic eventhough one suggestion. please translate word by word not by sentence. so we can learn more vocabularies easily.

As most words are similar to MSA (same roots), so if you have a dictionary you can easily look them up. You can then easily compare their differences in use and sometimes meaning between the dialect and standard Arabic. It is better than "very literal" translation that may not make any sense.

@@philippep2710. In youtube many people provides English subtitle for arabic videos. But 95 percent dont provide word by word translation because it need more time for editing videos. If word by word translation its easy to learn Arabic means 10 times better than other

اولا- ك منتج المحتوى كمان مثلك لازم ما بتحس حالك بذنب اذا ما بتتنتج فيدوهات كل الوقت. انا كمان اخدت عطلة بصيفية و ارتحت و حذا شي منيح للعقل! تاني شي- كامريكي عندي انحياز بس بفكر انو امريكا واحد من الاحسن مطراح للسوريين..ليش؟ بسبب الشعب الامريكا مفتوح للاجانب و في فرص llمدرسين اللغة العربية (استاذتي الماضي من اللاذقية مثلا). و كمان ما في نفس الموستوى العنصورية ضد السورين يلي يمكن بتلاقي في توركية، المانيا، فرانسا الخ(للاسف الشديد).... حاذا راي بشكل مستقيم شوي هههه
