Hevenly Delusion is such an underrated piece of gem. I'm surprised to see it no. 2 on the list. Let's hope more people checks out Hevenly Delusion because of this video

My top 10: 10 - Tonikawa op 2 9 - Demon Slayer op 4 8 - Heavenly Delusion op 7 - Frieren op 6 - Magical Destoryers op 5 - Kaguya op 4 4 - Zom 100 op 3 - JJK op 4 2 - Link Click op 2 1 - Oshi no ko op Kaguya is a technicality since the song/movie came out last year in Japan but I don't think the op was animated until it came out as episodes on crunchyroll.

YESSIR SPECIALZ is sooooooo good. Easily my favorite JJK OP. White Noise is my favorite of the year as a whole but SPECIALZ is my number 2. Also Ai Wana Muchuu is so underrated

Was sad to see some of them being low rated BUT WHEN IT GOT TO HEAVENLY DELUSION I JUST COULDN'T BE MORE PROUD. I don't know why but it feels underrated to me and every time I see it higher on the charts I just feel happy for it.

I could quibble with the ranking, but I can't fault what's in the top 50, pretty close to all bangers. Hana ni Natte is pretty underrated, lol I've started listening to the full song regularly, it's addictive. in terms of the visual art of OPs we've also had some absolute treats, like Undead Unluck, My Happy Marriage, Magus Bride s2 part 2, Heavenly Delusion, both Vinland Saga ops, Oshi no Ko, Magical Destroyers, Undead Murder Farce, Hell's Paradise, both of the JJK ops, Spy x Family s2, High Card, Dead Mount Death Play, Mushoku Tensei II, and Shy. I have noticed that overall I liked more songs last year, though.

JJK2 op 1 4. JJK2 op 2 3. Kaguya-sama op 2. Oshi no Ko op 1. Horimiya Piece op This was definitely a great year for openings though. Let's hope 2024 is just as good!
