Hello everyone,
I am officially 5 days post op today and I am feeling SO good. My recovery has been so smooth so far and I am so thankful that the procedure went so well. I think I anticipated the experience to be rough but it's actually not been difficult at all.
I'm so excited to share with you all my Tummy Tuck experience and 4 days post op vlog. I actually really enjoyed editing it and even now I cannot believe it's all over. I know it will be a long journey to recovery but I know the hardest days are over (and it wasn't too bad for me actually). I also answered some of your questions near the end of the video.
I'll be in for my post op appointment in another 5 days so I will keep you guys updated. If you have anymore questions, feel free to ask in comments and I'll try my best to answer.

My cousin had surgery in Korea and they immediately gave her pure pumpkin juice afterwards. It really helped speed healing and slow swelling. Praying for a speedy recovery for you.

I can’t tell you how happy I am for you!! In the beginning of the video I got so nervous for you and then hearing Annie on the phone made me cry 😭. I can’t believe it’s already happened! I’m happy your recovery is going well and I can’t wait to see the results in the following year. Congratulations love! Gets lots of rest and continue to eat well! When you said “ strange to see hospital bed when you are not giving birth” I cried a little. The things we moms do for everyone, pain and sacrifice we went through for our kids.

Oh hun. Moms are so strong and resilient. It was so surreal to see the bed because it brings back so many memories. Thankfully the only reasons I have had to go to hospital to stayover has always been for my babies. I felt so happy to be served toast and tea without labour too!!

It’s not a sacrifice when it’s your decision. Please never say that to your kids. We wanted to be moms so we know what we were getting into.

@@swanthequeen2144I don't think you ever know what you're getting yourself into when you first do it and biologically I think we all forget. You forget how taxing it is on your health both physically and mentally. If you didn't forget you wouldn't do it again. That being said some people have better experiences and I do think this can cloud other people's terrible experiences and negative health outcomes from pregnancies. Pregnancy absolutely is a sacrifice but the majority of mothers will say it is worth it at the end. Some women die from pregnancies and births. Yes some people choose to have babies but that doesn't mean it's not a sacrifice and of course your children didn't choose to be born, so no they shouldn't be grateful for your sacrifice, but their dad (who sacrifices nothing should absolutely be grateful).

I had 2 c-section and my belly is hanging as they never coach me of what to do post surgery so now I have a big flap for a belly. I talked to my husband about getting a tummy tuck and he started watching videos and got scared saying that it looked so painful and dangerous. And that he loves me the way my body is. And I told him that I know that he loves me but I'm not doing it for him but for me because I don't like what I see in the mirror. And I'm always looking at other girls and the first thing I look at is their flat bellies and how mine used to be, so it makes me self conscious about how my body looks. Now you gave me more courage to go and get it done.

I first started watching you when I was about 13 years old (I'm turning 21 in September!) and your videos have gotten me through so many trials and hardships. Seeing your continuous growth and willingness to keep trying and learning has also helped me grow and never give up even if things are difficult. I struggled a lot with anxiety and depression in school which drastically affected my results and I didn't feel very hopeful for the future, but your videos encouraged me to not give up on myself or my goals and now I'm at university studying electrical engineering. Hi Bubz! I’m a nurse. Just a little tip, if you cough and your incisions hurt, try using a pillow to splint the belly, and it should help to control the pain! I highly recommend taking deep breaths too if you’re bed rest (which you’re not which is amazing!), it’s really good to expand your lungs and prevent any fluids collecting in the lungs. Wishing you the best recovery. 💕

Been thinking of undergoing the same procedure!!! I've felt kinda unsure and scared of people's thoughts, and honestly you've given me the courage to a final decision. See Quinn Hmm, i mean maybe there are some better derma rollers out there that i should probably check out! Mine have helped with my stretch marks and simply make the sagginess look less visible if that makes sense lol? But i get the same little pouch whenever i bend over, other than that it's been good to me but who i have been looking into investing into some good derma rollers before any drastic decisions are even thoguht. Good luck to you though! Hope you get amazing results!!

It’s been 10 years since I looked up make up tutorials to do my make up(for the very first time in my life)for my graduation dinner and found your channel. I had my tummy tuck in June, 2 months post op. My stomach muscle separated, so it was so worth to do the operation. Loving my new tummy. Good luck in your recovery.

Damn you are strong girl. I’m so impressed at how you are powering through your recovery. So many other people look like they are at the face of death and can’t walk, people feeding them, wiping them and here you are standing up straight. You are an inspiration for me. Everyone’s recovery is so uniquely different it’s scary. Edited: I am very active too and lift weights. Hopefully I will have a recovery like yours. My csection was easy recovery for me

I'm glad to hear you're doing well Lindy ❤️ my mom had a tummy tuck and a hysterectomy and for both surgeries she would have fresh grated tumeric root and honey steeped in hot water. It really helped with inflammation and she healed really quickly! Wishing you a speedy recovery 🥰

I've watched a million tummy tuck videos... yours made the whole process look like a breeze!! I love the fact you are able to stay in the hospital. In the states they cut you open and dump you out right after. Amazing job with the recovery❤from Florida

After I gave birth to my daughter I had sooooo much extra skin, around 100 pounds gained pregnant! After 2 years majority of myself has went back to normal, I give props to all moms who have another baby even after a year! I feel like I'm still recovering lol

I had an emergency appendectomy and the recovery was something I wasn't prepared for. Just three little incision caused so much pain for me! Sneezing, walking, and even using the bathroom was hard for me. So glad surgery went well and good luck with the recovery!

Don’t laugh or sneeze after an abdominal surgery, that’s the most painful. I know, both are hard to control :D

I have scoliosis and I'm going to see my orthopedic specialist on the 8th of September. I am well aware that the possibility of me needing surgery is pretty likely due to the level of pain I'm in and as someone who hates hospitals I'm pretty anxious about it- but this video actually put me at ease. Hope your recovery goes smoothly.

My daughter had T3 through L4 fused when she was 17. She said it was the best decision she could make. She was in high school and took her finals early so she could have the surgery over Christmas break. She went back to school after four weeks at home. Then she graduated from college, went on several vacations including rock climbing, cave tubing, and horseback riding. A college she was on the fourth floor with no elevator. You can do it! The hardest part to her was needing help to get out of bed and to the restroom for a few weeks.

I'm so happy for you, Lindy! Doing things for yourself to make yourself feel good is a kind of self-respect and you're amazing to put it out there. And I want you to know that you've tipped me from considering getting lipo or coolsculpting (depending on what my consultant recommends) to actually deciding to get it!

I had a mini tummy tuck and liposuction in 2018. Was the only way I could get rid of the loose skin I had. I didn't need any muscle repair. The recovery was very good. I only took the pain meds once. Now almost 2 years latter, I am so so so happy with the results. Now without the lose skin, I am able to see the results of my hard work from going to the gym. Had the best doctor. Was so so worth it. I didn't need to have any drains either which was nice

I just had my Tummy Tuck and BBL done 10 days ago. I have amazing results so far and it’s not even the final result. Take care and drink a lot of water. ❤️

I had to wear those cuffs on my feet with my first son. I had preeclampsia and wasn’t allowed out of bed. After 30 hours of labor I was ready to throw those things across the room 😂 So happy for you! I hope the rest of your recovery goes well! ♥️

I had my baby 18 month ago, best thing happened to me ever... but sadly after pregnancy my body was a wreck… flappy stomach, wide hips... I knew I needed help... in LA these things are ridiculously expensive, I ended up contacting a Clinic in Turkey called Natural, I did what is called a Mommy make over, lipo for 3 regions and a tummy tuck... Been a couple of month now, and people can't believe the transformation I had. been about 2 month now... and I am loving it
