It it is ok to eat chicken upto 100grms per meal since it is protein. Only 2 pieces ani chepthunnaru, theliyani vallu unte adhi correct anukuntaru. Plz provide the valid information. U may mislead people.. bcz if u loose your weight without proper diet, you may loose ur muscle. And thats not at all good to the body. It will result in saggy body.
