We are in Fort Walton Beach, Florida in todays episode at the game store, Rad Junk! We get a huge haul in todays episode but today I made my wife negotiate...she's never negotiated before. Always on the hunt for retro games, vintage toys and 80s / 90s nostalgia at Flea Markets, Thrift Stores & Garage Sales! Wow! This video just hit real hard. So, I was watching this video like I do all of Rick’s videos and I realized that this was the last game store that my brother-in-law and I went to together. He passed away last September in an accident and he was the one that got me back in to collecting again about 12 yrs ago. I remember walking that store with him and it was almost surreal watching this video. I remember the conversations we had almost exactly and all of the stuff we looked at and the stuff we bought. Miss you brother! Crazy. Thanks again for all you do Rick. You never know how it touches people.

This video is two worlds colliding for me. I've followed you for a while and I've been buying from Rad Junk for a couple of years now. They've worked on several of my consoles recently. Thanks for showcasing this store! They're incredible people and I've never had a bad experience there. Super friendly and they have excellent deals with a great selection. Can't speak highly enough about Rad Junk!

I had that exact Rambo lunch box in 1989 when I was 5 years old, and yes I did get into trouble. Then again, what kid from the 80's 90's didn't get into trouble being outside 90% of the time.

Wow Rick taking me back to Radjunk when I lived in Fort Walton Beach. Always a great store to be at with Joe and Sam. Always had great deals and good times. Great scores while you all were there. Keep up the hunt, also the wife was ruthless lol!

I am blessed that my wife is similar. She has gotten some deals in the past that I still have a hard time believing, even though I witnessed them first hand. She doesn't even have to know or understand anything about what's being negotiated.

Duuuuude! Pirates of dark water was literally my favorite cartoon network show in the 90s. Scooby, Flintstones, Jetsons, Top Cat they were all good. But Pirates of Dark Water. Man it brings me back! Thanks for finding all this cool stuff Rick.

5:31 No joke, I totally had a Rambo lunchbox in the 1st grade. I picked it out myself and was sooo excited to take it to school. I loved showing it off to my friends. After just a day or so, my mom told me I had to pick another lunchbox but never told me why. I was bummed. I never learned the real reason, but I think the school thought it was too “violent.” Now, I home-school my kids.

Man, what a nice guy! I'm really sad that i live in Europe and i can't come by because i absolutely would've checked out the store! Also, it's so crazy that these comics back in the days were about $2,00 and they are now worth so much. That's why i don't sell or throw things out the door with thinking about it. I even had a CD-I at one point but ditched it. Something i absolutely regret. Great video Rick! 😎

Yooo Aero the Acrobat! I was never good at Games but my dad got me a Sega genesis as my first console and that was my first game. My Dad would stay up ALL night because I wanted to see a higher level but I kept dying. So he would do this and show me the lvl when I woke up. I would say “ Let Me Play!!!” Grabbed the controller and died instantly………All the way back to the start……. I love my dad. Thanks Rick

I regret selling all my retro gaming stuff to that store in Conway AR, the one with all lifesized statues and cool in-wall displays. I loved going in that store. My wife at the time wanted a wii and I had tubs and tubs of retro stuff, I made a mistake.

I gave up on trying to find the individual valiant comics so I bought the hardcover complications. Imo much better quality since I can actually read them when I want and not worry about draining the value. I still have the Mario one from when I was a kid.

No joke, I had that Rambo lunch box in Kindergarten. The funny thing was that there was another kid that ALSO had a Rambo lunch box, but his was tin and camo. Had the same graphic though.
