Feel free to organize and promote your own prize for biological females and your own ceremony (but don't forget to include trans men, who are biological females, unless, of course, you also include adherence to a certain view as a requirement - the formula "female-born woman-identified" covers both bases but one has to understand they are separate). "Female impersonator", however, does not work as a description. They, or their characters, did not impersonate any biological category. They BELONG to a SOCIAL category. That category is traditionally associated with the biological category "female", but according to the law of the country the film takes place in, the association has been weakened if not invalidated.
