Lauren has chronic issues with her right hip flexor that acts up when she runs. While we definitely found issues in the psoas, iliacus, TFL and rectus femoris, there were also issues in the lower leg which affect the function of the hip in running gait.
We did lots of myofascial work to her lower back, SI, hip and leg. There are some portions of the video which display her gluteal cleft and we appreciate your consideration in the comments.
