So everyone is correct in all the compliments they give June, I totally agree. But one thing I REALLY love about June's cooking segment is that at *least* once (usually more) she brings out an ingredient I honestly have never heard of before. I'm not at all a picky eater but it reminds me there's still so much more out there to try and it piques my curiosity. So many things I want to go buy and make now!

I wish Delish would upload June videos 3 times a week

I cooked 15 courses for Christmas, because when I heard our youngest son was coming home from the army for the holidays, I saw your dinners... binged watched and suddenly my depression went out the door and I got back on my A game! It's been such a joy being with our kids and them seeing their Mom back in her CHEF spirit lol... In other words.. Thank you June for your fun, inspiring video's. Her vids are my relaxation music everytime I have a bad day haha, almost 2 months, everytime I cook 4 my fam, I always watch or listen to her videos, even tho I've watched it multiple times, it's therapeutic u knoe, salamat (thank u in tagalog) june, luv u

Here are some tips that work for me if you want to make 7-minute eggs: -Add salt to the water, it makes it so much easier to peel the eggs for some reason -soak the eggs in ice-cold water for at least five minutes before peeling -start cracking them from the bottom of the egg and move up, don't start from the sides or top. the bottom of the egg is actually mostly air when cooked, so it's easier to start from there -use fingertips/ the flat of your fingers, not nails -try to get under the eggshell and peel it all at once -most importantly, be gentle with the egg I hope these help the next time you make boiled eggs
