Looks like good potential for an underseat bag on flights. There's a trick if you really want structure: add a ZRest sit pad, or cut down blue foam ground, or ultrathin kitchen cuting board.

Im dedicated goruck guy. I now own 5 goruck bags and they r soo fun to rock and comfortable. I love mystery ranch but they don't ruck when u wanna go. Goruck went from 4 to 5 packs and now they have like 30+ models and styles plus tons of gear to look at. Their company really grew!!! I guess I can't stop loving a last company to use 1,000d. That's my addiction. I love thick thick bags. It feels soooo good and rugged it's just nice...

I have one… Too expensive, too many compromises, they’re not “that” tiny wadded up, and they look like who did it and what for when you unpack it. If you fly, just pick one pack and stick with it as your carryon, if you drive you dont need it. Its really only useful if you pack in a big pack and need a small secondary day pack. A truly small, durable, useful option worth having is the Maxpedition Rollypoly backpack… its half the price, 10x more durable, and its just perfect for hauling around the essentials when your out or go to the beach/pool. Its also my goto when I leave with nothing but expect to come back with plenty (tourist markets, mushroom hunting, etc). It can also attach to your belt until needed!!

For sure this is a Mystery Range price. Take a look Aaron at Pentagon products. I have the Pentagon Eos , 36 L backpack for 45 dollars , and it is mindblowing ! 3,5 years of everyday hard use , just a wash and is back as new. Nice video my friend. Keep up safe.

Thanks for this video. IMHO: Structureless bags are good for 10 lbs. on a day-hike. Also, IMHO, $90.00 sounds a bit steep for a pack with no hip belt.
@barrybueler33562 жыл бұрын
$90 seems ok to me especially if your looking for a quality light daypack etc seems like anything good these days is overpriced no surprise here 😉.

Nice light day pack but I am more than happy with my Mountainsmith Scream 25, which has similar capabilities and I managed to pick up for around 45 bucks on sale.

G'day Aaron, I like it. I have a couple of similar jobs, but this one is way better laid out and I expect lighter also. From around town, 1/2 day nature walks and the like, to cycling and fishing, makes more sense than a heavier 30+ liter pack partially filled and with all those uses I could justify the dough, which is up there, but not way out of line for a quality unit IMO. Particularly good point on wandering away from a base camp too. Bis zum nächsten Mal. Prost Duke. P.S. Yes I did have to look up the first part.

I think that a lot of people (this video included, to some extent) don't understand the purpose of this pack. It's overpriced, underfeatured, and generally boring as a day hike bag, or a carry-on or an everyday bag. But as a summit bag, it outshines all competition. The only pack that comes to mind as an alternative is the Black Diamond Trail Blitz, which can be lashed to the outside of your main bag. Either way, if you have hiked for 3+ days before pulling this bag out of your expedition pack and bagged a peak, I don't wanna hear it

I have the urban assault and upgraded to the 2 day assault pack because they had great reviews..I think they are good packs but I also think they've overpriced the brand and didn't get that satisfied purchase feeling and ultimately decided to go back to my Gregory pack

The quality of the pack justifies the investment.

How would this do in the construction field? Maybe carrying extra shirt, lunch and maybe a few extra tools. I had a Walmart pack but it pretty much crapped out on me after 4 months.
@gideonstactical2 жыл бұрын
I would not put tools into this unless they are in some other tool bag first. Sounds like you need something like a 511 rush or LAPG tactical pack
@DevDog672 жыл бұрын
Get something build solid. With heavy materials that won't wear out and will resist abrasive rubbing. Personally I would suggest one of the Grey Ghost Gear canvas packs. They're not a packable pack, but you don't want a lightweight packable bag for something like this.

Most normal people in Germany at your age are able to speak (british) english at least on low level and are open-hearted, so there is no need to learn german. But we like it when you try :-)

Hey Aaron! I’ve been rockin these packs for about two years now. I have the 19 & 22 liter and love them both! They are so easy to grab and go. I’ve been hoping that you would do a review on these 🤘 when are you gonna be in Michigan?
