When I was 4 years old my mom took me to my first Mission. It was given by the Redemptorists. I remember, we were asked to say a Hail Mary after Grace at each mealtime. My parents began the next day. There were 5 siblings and we've all said Grace with a Hail Mary evry mealtime since. Im 71 now. I wish this was asked more often. I know that Our Blessed Mother wants us all to pray for Priests in a very special way! Without Priests there is no Eucharist...period! They have a special calling and especially in these modern times there are many distractions and peer pressures that I think may distract young men from discernment!! They give their whole self totally for the love of God and in service to His people! We thank you Lord for such good and holy men and may the harvest be bountiful! Amen Father. I had a Priest who was courageous. He told me I was out of line with church teaching. I cried I was devastated. I did not realize that being out of grace and receiving our Lord in the holy Eucharist was detrimental to my soul. Long story short. AMEN Fr. Mark! I always admire your fervor and reverence - and wish more clergy would do the same. I am an old-timer and was an altar boy Pre-Vatican II. One of the things that deeply troubles me is how many priests and deacons sit down after Holy Communion BEFORE the doors to the tabernacle are closed. Thank you for speaking about this. I grew up in post Vatican II Novas Ordo that was somewhat traditional (I can remember bowing when the priest came in, the church bells ringing across town and so on) but as I became a teen in the early 2000’s everything went out the window. I never learned that the host was truly holy I never learned that we absolutely needed to go to confession before receiving communion or it was sacrilegious. I never learned these things and I feel cheated. I feel so sad that I wasn’t warned of these things. I remember it was all made out to be you should go to confession but ehh it’s more if you want to. I pray for these fallen priests that aren’t leading their people to God right now. I pray they drastically change course for their people and themselves. May God have mercy on us all. 🙏🏼🕊♥️

There are a great many priests and bishops alike who are going to have to answer for Eucharistic abuses they’ve allowed (Communion in the hand, the use of EMOHC in Mass, etc). God help them.

Some Priests are lukewarm . They are modernists and given to secularism . This is why Holy Mother Church is declining . Jesus Christ needs priests who speak in Spirit and Truth .
