When I was a child, I had several large warts on my elbow and palm. My mother had me rub castor oil on those warts with my fingers for 15 minutes every night. I did it while I watched a 30-minute sitcom, easy enough. In a couple of weeks, the warts were completely gone, and they have never come back, after 50 years.

Let me say that one thing that always gets me when I see a carnivore of any decent amount of time on this platform is the glowing skin, always their faces look healthy, not gaunt, and their skin is spectacular. And it does not matter what their age is, either. Others have commented on my skin at almost 68 years old and yes, I've paid special attention to my skin since I was a teenager, but now, with all the animal protein and fat, it is so much smoother and luminous. I still have ten pounds to lose, but my afternoon coffee is my stumbling block. I have 3 teaspoons of heavy cream and stevia in it, cannot drink it black. I hope the warmer weather will keep me away from it on the hot afternoons, but I know it's one issue I have that's keeping that last ten on me. I love this channel, Dr. Berry and Dr. Chaffee's most~ Cynthia

While it may not be clean carnivore approved, I like to make an iced coffee with a French vanilla collagen powder. Just idea that may or may not work for every one.
@rootsrocksfeathers1975
@rootsrocksfeathers1975 28 күн бұрын
@@WastelandMama sounds good. I have taken collagen in my morning coffee for years, just unflavored. I may have to try your concoction one day soon. After I broke my ankle a dozen years ago, taking daily collagen was recommended by a body builder friend of mine (years before I cleaned up my diet- really helped stop the periodic inflammation I got in my ankle)I do save some of the coffee and refrigerate it for an afternoon iced coffee. I tend to use only one tsp of cream in that instead of three. Appreciate the suggestion.

@rootsrocksfeathers1975
@rootsrocksfeathers1975 22 күн бұрын
@@rrijecanka Whole raw milk is better than any pasteurized milk if you can tolerate it. Many must use raw or it wreaks havoc with their gut. Depends on how you tolerate it, IMO. No one is the carnivore police here, as Kelly would say. I have not given up my coffee yet and until it becomes unbearably hot in the summer, I may not. The highest fat to me would be best and I don't have a local place that sells raw milk within reasonable driving distance so I use regular heavy cream. I used to drink it with raw goat milk when a friend of mine bred Nigerian Dwarf goats, yum!

@@rootsrocksfeathers1975 tnx for support. I used to drink lactose free milk 3,5% fat… but just discovered that in Sweden we have half pasteurized milk that is between 3,8% - 4,5% and I love it. Just now I can tolerate it. In Croatia I’m drink 100% non pasteurized milk bcs my parents can find it. Latte is so much nicer with it …

I ended up with blu blocker screen protectors over the glasses. because the glasses were a nuisance to me, and the blu light on our electronics is super harmful to the eyes all the time, so covering the screen instead of my eyes made more sense, and it works all the time. and those 'red' light functions on electronics, turns down the brightness, dulls it, it absolutely is not blocking the blu light. that was the first thing I did on my work computer, as my personal devices had the blu blocker screens already, while it felt less stressful in red mode, it was still way more stressful than my blu blocked electronics. highly recommend.

Exodus 3:5 And he said, Draw not nigh hither: put off thy shoes from off thy feet, for the place whereon thou standest is holy ground. Joshua 5:15 And the captain of the LORD'S host said unto Joshua, Loose thy shoe from off thy foot; for the place whereon thou standest is holy. And Joshua did so. When Moses came near the burning bush he was told to remove his shoes and so was Joshua when the angel came to answer his prayer. Also in John 13 we have the story of Jesus washing the disciples feet. Interesting that in our meditation, acknowledging the Creator of the earth is perhaps what glorifies the Lord rather than "nature"...as the Source of our healing (Psalm 139:14).

I have recently put caster oil on my ankle because my leg and ankle swelled (had a ankle sprain last year). After the third time my right ankle and leg were almost the same size as my left (3 inch difference). When I put it on my face I found that I had hair growth on my chin and cheeks…

Oh man, we have stickers on our land, I can’t ground my self. Today I day one on Carnivore, I hope all the inflammation in my body goes away and I can lose weight and feel better. I am recovering from foot surgery, I gained like 15 lbs. I do need to lose about 50 or 60. Also I have a sedentary job and not able to work out yet due to my foot surgery. Thank you for this video

Interesting on the earthing. As a kid on the farm back in the 50's and 60's, I never wore shoes unless we went to church or town. Barefoot all the time plus up at 6am to go get the cows from pasture to be milked..... hmmm. Who knew?

I got a red nightlight for my bathroom. It motion detects and turns on when I walk in. so I don't have to put on my red blue blockers anymore in the middle of the night.

I was too afraid to have my mouth taped, so I spent weeks training myself to keep my tongue sealed to the top of my mouth. And that took care of the snoring and mouth breathing, along with removing much dairy and the plants that caused congestion for me.

All the time eating Carnivore been one for seven years no cheats do Holidays major ones Keto but often don’t even. Broke femoral stem in July well actually last Sunday in June operated on Monday July anterior hip replacement. Had just done 9 miles saw trash picking up went slam on my side. Told by therapy to eat high protein have gained twenty lbs. Don’t look obese just not as svelte as I was. Advise. Can walk 4 mile sometimes 5 one without cane four with do most days. Not 10-13 miles still health for almost 82 years.
