Your halwa looks delicious, thanks for the recipe, here I would like to emphasize that there are lot of misconceptions about jaggery, that its healthier substitute for sugar and has less calories , but in reality both contain equal amount of calories. I'm not saying eating sugar/jaggery is right or wrong, it's just a general information to the diabetics and health conscious people.
