Petras means the Rock, its also a name for One of Jesus disciple Peter in english. Earlier during nabatean time this place was a place of human and animal sacrifices to goddesses. Ajay this Video vera level. Visit to Amphitheatre is really very Amazing. I am really surprised that you could not get Bread Sandwiches { Vegetarian} in the first Restaurant you went with your friend. Roads there are really broad. Pavements are neatly paved and kept lean. Amman is a lovely city. The Hostel where you got accommodation is good with a built in Kitchen to cook ones food also. Ajay special thanks for explaining each thing in detail. Hope you could locate Vegetable shop and buy vegetables. Habibi sweets looked yummy. Got to know from one of the comments given below that the sweet you ate is called as Kunafa.
