I have been waiting for someone to make a video of the new pure 750 since it came out.. I wanted some feedback on how the turbo works before buying one myself. Sick build man!! Keep up the good work!!

@@Inhouseperformance just wondering I am going to be upgrading to either a pure stage 2 or a pure 750 I'm just wondering if you get any turbo lag. And at what RPM do you make Max boost with both of these setups? Thanks man great videos!

Sounds really good thanks for walking us through everything! It’s a lot of work. I was wondering did you change crank pistons and connecting rods?

No problem and yes if you watch some of my previous builds I do a complete engine build with forged rods, pistons and more

Still breaking in the motor, should have the first 500 miles out of the way by the end of this weekend. Then we can start pushing it more and more.

How much power do you want to make? I just got my build motor pure 750 build running. Just finished revisions and I’m at 30 psi on e85.

Nice Yeah I expected this turbo to easily run 30-32psi. My goal was just to hit 700whp. When will you dyno? Message me on IG!

I got a question for you, I have a 2015 m235, would this turbo be fine on stock motor or would you recommend anything being built?

I dont want to say Yes and be wrong so please fact check what Im about to say. As far as I know the M235 comes with the same engine as the M2 non Comp. So in saying that I know the crank is forged but my main concern would be the connecting rods and I cant 100% say for certain that your engine has forged rods. But supposedly that version of the N55 can handle a lot more torque and power. So you might be fine with the 750 without building the motor.

@@framefragsgaming2942 I’m sure you figured it out by now but there are several m235i pushing over 700. But the motors are not the same as the m2. M2 has completely forged rotating assembly

I have a 2011 E90 with the n55 i want to rebuild eventually how much do you think it would cost ? im looking to hit 500-600whp before i do the rebuild just to have fun full bolt on e40 blend and i did the rod bearings on it just for a peace of mind great videos btw looking forward to more just subscribed

Thanks for subscribing! The rebuild without the transmission and all the right supporting mods gets expensive. I added up all my receipts including all parts, hardware, paint, powdercoat, supplies, tool purchases and with the transmission build I was easily over $12k. If you just did rods, pistons, bearings, gaskets, crank hub and all new bolts to replace torque to yield hardware its close to $4k just for those parts. Then for turbo, fuel system and all supporting mods it starts to get expensive. Transmission will be your biggest expense if you plan on making more then 550whp.

@@Inhouseperformance yeah the rod bearings cost 3k alone I don’t have anything else internally done but it’s just a thought I feel like it can handle the power on stock block maybe I should just built the trans and keep it as is I have a bigboost turbo kit that I’m doing and bmp port with the manifold I should be right around where I want to be but thank you for the reply!

@@TheDayday0707 my apologies these prices are just parts. Since I perform all the work myself I didnt pay for labor on anything but the transmission build and thats when cost really start adding up. The transmission build will cost you around $4k with Jacks and $6k with Pure. My only concern would be crank hub and rods but you should be ok staying south of 600whp.

@@Inhouseperformance agreed I’m staying below the 600whp anything after that I want to rebuild but I’m buying a m2 soon so I just want to keep this car and have fun with it I’ll be looking into the transmission for sure and I want to learn how to do everything my self and build my own engine that would be dope!

Just two vibrant exhaust resonators, no mufflers.

Bigger bore no, cylinder wall are weak as is due to coolant passages between cylinders. Closed deck is a must for a bored 6 bolt N5x block.

.5mm which is almost nothing. You can hone more then that if you are to aggressive. Id rather machine it that much then hone. Should have little to no affect on cylinder wall strength.

@@Inhouseperformance I’ve seen so many case were a built bottom end 6-bolt n5x block without css lift heads at 800whp due to a lot of cylinder pressure which causes the block to crack between cylinder walls but not the 07-08 n54 8-bolt blocks due to not having coolant passages between cylinder walls.

@@wahabzazai1963 yeah Im going to be lucky if I hit 700whp with this setup and Im not going to go past that with this car. If I was shooting for those numbers then I would have closed decked the motor.

@@Inhouseperformance swap a 8hp70 in there and hit 700+whp. Stock block n55b30m0 with pinned crank hub and upgraded rod bearing usually make 650whp+ with the n55 so I thought you’d be pushing more.

@@wahabzazai1963 non of those items make power what turbo you run determines your power range. I have the Pure 750, yes I put in forged rods and pistons and the zf8hp45 is built and can handle 750+ and I have a Vargas crank hub but Ill be happy if I hit low 700whp but at the moment Im not sure I will be putting any other turbo option on the car to make over 750whp.
