Slaam mujhe bhi aap ki recepies bohat achi lagti hain. Mere paas bhi electric stove hai. Plz mujhe btayen ke yeast ka taste nai aataa. Mein ne apni freind ke ghar yeast se banaa naan try kia tha. Its taste was not good due to yeast. Plz suggests any replacement of yeast. Love from Canada

Kya apne kisi video mein is baare zikr kiya tha,I don't know if you don't mind kya aap details de sakti hai mujhe aur meri family ko seekh aur kabab bahut pasand hai lekin moisture reh jaane ke wajah se thik se nahi bante hai aur humlog bahar ka khana Kam hi try karte hai rarely bucz of hygiene isliye main sab chez ghar par hi banati hoon bas yehi chiz hai jo mujhe se nahi banti

Ap k comment ka hi reply kiya tha anyways kabab k liye best way yehe ha k meat wash kr k dry kry phir keema bnay best result k liye otherwise agar keema wash kr k use krty hn to pani squeeze kr k use kry lakn 100% moisturizer squeeze nahi krna us sy kabab Seekh pe lgy gy ni toot jay gy aur kabab dry bny gy aur agar ap ko lgy moisture zyada ha to buna huy chano ka ata, buna hua besan ya bread crumbs use kr skty hn. Lakn yad rhy bohat sakht nahi hona chahye kabab ka mixture jesa keema ho ga wesy hi kabab bny gy so little moisture is good for tender kebab.
