Nadine Muller is a Lecturer in English Literature and Cultural History at Liverpool John Moores University. Nadine took up her first academic job 6 months after passing her PhD. We spoke to Nadine to find out what it was like starting out in her first academic post, what advice she'd give to those starting out as well as how to continue research and writing while taking up a teaching role.
