Hey Everyone 👋 Feel free to use only cassava and to switch up the ratio of cassava to plantain to your personal preference. In this recipe I used 1 cassava and 2 green plantains. can I make it with only using cassava?

Yes. You can also switch up the ratio of cassava and green plantain. I used 2 green plantains to 1 cassava
