It's a staple in Ghana. We call it tatale. Its not kneaded with a rolling pin though and it's fried, usually with palm oil

Thank you for the time and effort, you continue to allocate to your recipes. With regards to this one. I would dearly like to make these. However, I am unable to read the required amount of flour required. As the print is to small to comprehend. Would you therefore be kind enough, to clarify the amount. So I can indulge in this charming recipe. I thank you in advance, for your response.
