I don’t eat nakai but my son loves it. Just few questions, how do you clean nakai? And how would you know it’s fully cooked? Please reply

Hi we get it cleaned n packed when we go Fiji. It using fresh Nakai it can be cooked really quickly however if it is frozen like my one then takes about 15-30 mins. It will be tough but won’t have the rawness
