Ingredients:
How to make Pidiyum Kozhi Curryum
Pidi
Rice Flour - 4 cup
Grated coconut - 2 cup
Salt ( according to taste )
Grated coconut - 1/2 cup
Garlic - 20 flakes
Cumin seeds - 4tsp
Water - 18 Cups
Hot water - 8 cups
Coconut milk( Second extract ) - 11/2 - 2 Cup
Chicken Varutharacha Curry
Big onion - 4 nos ( half Sliced )
green chillies - 5 nos
Coconut oil - 3 tbs
Garlic - 2 tbs (Finely chopped)
ginger - 2 tbs (Finely chopped)
Coconut - 1 Cup
Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
Kashmiri chilli powder - 2 tbs
Coriander powder - 11/2 tbs
Garam Masala powder - 1/2 tsp
Chicken - 11/2 kg
Coconut milk - 2 Cups
Coconut chopped - 1/2 Cup
Garam Masala powder - 1/2 tsp
Thick Coconut milk- 3/4 Cup
Coconut oil - 11/2 tbs
Mustard Seeds -1tsp
Small onion - 4 - 5 nos
Dry red chillies - 4 - 5 nos
Curry Leaves
Kashmiri chilli powder - 1/2 tsp

Nice to see this pidi recipe...വീട്ടിലെ അംഗങ്ങൾ എല്ലാവരും കൂടി ഒന്നിച്ചിരുന്നു പിടി ഉരുട്ടുന്നത്, മാവ് ചൂടാറുന്നതിനു മുൻപേ ഉരുട്ടി തീരുവാൻ ആണ്, അതാണ് അതിൻറെ ക്രമം, my grand mother used to tell this...in my childhood days. ഉയിർപ്പിന് യാക്കോബായ സുറിയാനി പള്ളികളിൽ, 12 പൈതങ്ങളുടെ നേർച്ച വിളമ്പുന്നതിൽ ഒരു must വിഭവമാണ് പിടി, 12 ആൺകുട്ടികളെ കർത്താവിൻറെ 12 ശിഷ്യന്മാരേ പ്രതിനിധീകരിച്ച് ഇരുത്തി നേർച്ച വിളമ്പുന്നു. പിറവം വലിയ പള്ളിയിൽ 12 പൈതങ്ങളുടെ നേർച്ച വളരെ famous ആണ്.

ഞാൻ ഒരുപാട് വർഷം കൊണ്ട് ആഗ്രഹിച്ചതായിരുന്നു എന്നെങ്കിലും ഇത് ഉണ്ടാക്കണം എന്ന്.. യൂട്യൂബിൽ ഒരുപാട് വീഡിയോസ് കണ്ടു നോക്കി.. പക്ഷെ എല്ലാം കണ്ടപ്പോൾ വളരെ പ്രയാസം തോന്നി.. 2 ഉം കൽപ്പിച്ചു ഒന്നു പരിശ്രമിച്ചു നോക്കാം എന്ന് കരുതി വീണ്ടും യൂട്യൂബിൽ search ചെയ്തപ്പോഴാണ് ചേച്ചിയുടെ വീഡിയോ കണ്ടത്.. ഇത്രയും effortless ആയി എത്ര difficult ആയ recipe ഉം വളരെ enjoy ചെയ്ത് ചെയ്യുന്നത് കൊണ്ട് ചേച്ചിയുടെ മിക്ക വീഡിയോസും പാചകം ഒന്നും അറിയാത്തവരെ പോലും പാചകം ചെയ്യാൻ പ്രേരിപ്പിക്കുന്നു.. ഈ വീഡിയോ കണ്ടപ്പോൾ പിടി ഉണ്ടാക്കുന്നത് ഒരു ബാലി കേറാ മലയായി തോന്നിയില്ല.. അതുകൊണ്ട് തന്നെ ഞാൻ പിടിയും വറുത്തരച്ച കോഴി കറി യും ഉണ്ടാക്കി.. സൂപ്പർ ആയി വന്നു.. ചിക്കൻ കറി ക്കു ചേച്ചിയുടെ തന്നെ ഗരം മസല റെസിപ്പി ആണ് follow ചെയ്തത്.. എല്ലാം perfect ആയി വന്നു.. Mam, ഇന്നലെ മാമിന്റെ പിടിയും കോഴിക്കറിയും ഞാൻ ഉണ്ടാക്കി കേട്ടോ അപാര ടേസ്റ്റ് ആയിരുന്നു. ഇന്നലെ എന്റെ അച്ഛൻ മരിച്ചു പോയ 5വർഷം തികയുന്ന ദിവസം ആയിരുന്നു എന്നാൽ മാമിന്റെ റെസിപി തന്നെ ആയിക്കോട്ടെ എന്ന് വച്ചു. പിടിയുടെ ഗ്രേവി ഉണ്ടല്ലോ ഭയങ്കര ടേസ്റ്റ് ആയിരിന്നു ഇന്നെത്തെക്കാണ് കൂടുതൽ രുചി എന്ന് തോന്നുന്നു. എന്തായാലും സൂപ്പർ എല്ലാവരും try ചെയ്തു നോക്കൂ.
