This recipe is given by my grand mother and tastes awesome but different from usual Pulav. Pulav is very popular in south India. Its perfect meal combination of vegetables & carbs.
Ingredients Used:
For Masala
1 onion rougly chopped
2 tomatos
Coriander leaves
7-8 cloves'
1 tsp pepper corns
6-7 small cinnamon pieces
1 tbsp Coriander seeds(dhaniya/Havez kaalu)
2 inch Ginger
20-25 garlic cloves
2 chopped carrot
1 onion
Beans
cabbage
soaked green dry peas
3 tomatos chopped
3 tbsp red chilli powder
Turmeric powder
salt
Ghee
Oil
lemon juice
Pudina/mint leaves
Fenugreek leaves/Methi
750 gm Rice
Star anise
bay leaf
