It's by Lifeformed, an incredibly talented Taiwanese ambient/electronic artist. He also made the soundtrack for Dustforce, which is one of my favorite games of all time. Every song on that album is amazing 😁 He has a KZfaq channel where every song he's made is available.

There's items everywhere! What's this? There's mystery in the air! What's this? I can't believe my eyes, I must be dreaming! Wake up, Oliver, this isn't fair! What's this? What's this? What's this? There's something not quite right? What's this? There's monsters I've never seen! What's this? The paths are lined with little monsters attacking, should I possibly start packing? Everybody starts panicking! What is this?What's this? There's brutes swinging swords instead of tilling beds, They're busy being hostile and nearing me to my death, With mysteries around each corner, oh, I can't believe my eyes, And in my heart I feel the warmth that's coming from surprise... Oh, look! What's this? They've hung a little chime, so sweet, Why that sound is so unique! Inspired! Lets gather around to listen, unpacking the mystery to that sound! What's this? What's this? In here, A glowing server stone, how queer? And who would ever think? And why? Using little RGB strings, It glows dark and ominous things, It stands a mystery to be found, So now correct me if I'm wrong, This looks like fun, this looks like fun, Oh, could it be I got my wish? I've got to know! I've got to know! What is this place that I have found? What - is - this!? A Ruined Town? Mmm...?
