This young man is rich so he has no mind to follow ways of making more money but, only a vision to make himself more popular. This is the kind of leadership that Ghana needs not old men Presidents and politicians who are interested in making more money to leave their families when they retire because they were failures. On the outside people may see them as successful businessmen and successful politicians but deep within themselves they are not happy that is why they are doing everything to amass wealth to leave some impression that they were successful. Follow this young man he has a lot to offer.

Alexander Agyeman You don't what you are saying ....is not about housing....is all about jobs....and it only for the rich
@jerrysmithalexander5 жыл бұрын
yeboahh cliffordd bro I understand where you are coming from but everyone has his line of investment and yet helping to raise the image of our continent. Indirectly he creates job as I presume he hires Ghanaian labourers and builders when building his properties. Yes it may be for the rich but it reshape the face of the country and creates some sense of self-pride and promote the idea that blacks also deserve the best. We are so dependent as a people so if he is not creating the jobs, the question what are u and I doing? We need to come out of this mindset of sabotage and non-constructive criticism and promote what is best because not all fingers are the same but if he builds for the rich the rich investors comes to the country to invest and indirectly I would say it’s through his action or works. Hop this clarifies things.

Alexander Agyeman,this is where we get things wrong,a good cook is a good cook,transfer him to a politician and you might be disappointed, not every good businessman should be a president,let him solve problems in his own area of expertise.

These are the Minds we need in Government! 👏👏
@sarveshm67795 жыл бұрын
This is the sadness of mankind. Common people think that government runs the country; no no no Entrepreneurs run the country;they create jobs and they run the economy not the governments. Let entrepreneurs be entrepreneurs ; don't bring them in government.
@aduako75 жыл бұрын
Because of greed and corruption, most Ghanaians/Africans fear investing their hard earned money in Africa. Your own family will try ripping you off.
@ericmendez58155 жыл бұрын
That mindset is why you will not succeed! Governments are ineffective and inefficient! Entrepreneurs figure out and get things done cheaper! Government eventually becomes corrupt and erase all progress by giving contracts to family members and those who pay for their campaigns instead of the most qualified. Individual freedom must exist for a free country to Stand and Thrive!

Nana Bediako is blessed. He’s got all this genius ideas to develop our beautiful motherland Ghana. I really admire him a lot‼️ All that he said is the truth, I always keep asking how can we keep the country growing if we don’t have very well equipped industrial and manufacturing companies so the people can be employed, which will eventually bust the economy.

Good speech. We can talk all day but if we don’t change our mindset, we will come back to square one. The right mindset is important than finance. If we don’t stop going round the world begging and importing things we already have, we going nowhere. We have failed with our mindset. From Kwame Nkrumah to Patrice Lumumba of present times, we have been hearing good speeches everyday but nothing will change with our mindset. He mentioned paying so much for import taxes. How can we develop with such discouraging and extortionist financial policies. All comes back to the mindset. Thanks Kwame. We will keep pushing. Africa has everything.

Proud of you Nana. Pity most of our African countries have killed the dreams of many young men and women. We are the hindrance to our own development. Truth be told we've all realized that one cannot make a fortune by being employed by another. But once we realized that and started our own businesses... Our very governments have risen on us and saw the young entrepreneur as another stream from which they could get monies 💰 by introducing exhorbitant taxes for even the smallest of businesses. Shame on our greedy attitude. Why don't our governments freeze taxes for a certain number of stipulated years allowing local businesses to grow to some level before thinking of benefitting from the same. This is really killing the spirit of entrepreneurship. Otherwise, we are proud of those who have made it like yourself Nana. Bravo 👏👏👏

AS LONG AS, THE MENTALITY OF OUR PEOPLE NO CHANGE, NOTHING BETTER WILL EVER CHANGE. IT IS GOOD TO HAVE A HEAD LIKE HIM, BUT HE ALONE IS NOT ABLE TO CHANGE OUR COUNTRY. THE MAJORITY OF OUR PEOPLE THINK FROM NOW TO THE NEXT MEAL, AND IF THE BELLEY IS FULL WHO GIVES A DAMN WHAT TOMORROW BRINGS ❗️TYPICAL LOCAL BUSHMAN MENTALITY. THE PEOPLE MOST CHANGE THEIR THOUGHTS, SPECIAL THIS GENERATION AND THE NEXT COMEIN ONE ❗️

great job . because this is totally discouraging. because i am in Canada but every time I want to do something in Ghana I pulled back because the work to put it in to bring anything from abroad to Ghana is way took much work. even if u want a house. u have to bring everything u want in your house from abroad to Ghana which is too expensive n time delay. in abroad here anything u ordered is at your door step with a week. n also i found out the food on Ghana is too expensive. I was there with some friends n family last year n our money was gone very fast . kenkye , mango , fish and so forth was very very expensive. n I know I guys like the government who is on now. I don't k ow much of him. but no matter how good he is the first thing he must Sonia to make food very very cheap. #2because lots of people don't have jobs n money in Ghana but if the can not afford a good food then their basic well being is going down mentally n psychologically #2 when abroad ship things to Ghana it is very very expensive to received it. is like the government want to use abroad people to build Ghana. well we get totally discouraging from this. #3 plus does not have the things abroad people need but yet if they struggle to bring it to Ghana then u charge them toooppp much to received. so how are they going to encouraging to invest in Ghana? everything is a totally turns off.
