Thank you for mentioning the pay! Some people are paying 500 cedis a month and expecting their employees not to be hungry, tired and irritated? Please.

Another 34 yrs to go to hit 100 yrs post-independence. This country is not making progress in leaps and bounds.

Centuries? Majority of the countries gained their independence 50 - 70 years ago.

@@lunayen Ghana was the first to REgain her independence from the colonizer and we are not even 70 years old. Also the mindset of a people doesn't change just because of time. They change when we as a people make intentional policies and systems that are not colonially inspired as we still do. Example our educational system where we still uphold our colonial principles and ideals. We need an Afrocentric approach that is relevant in this 21st century to overthrow, the Europeanism we call education. Until then, the colonial master is gone physically, yet mentally resides in us. Blessings 🙌

@@NK_AGYEPONG We do not need any " AFROCENTRIC MODEL " for education because it does not exist. What we need is a more practical approach to STEM EDUCATION. That is how all countries have developed - A SCIENCE BASED EDUCATION. Also, our contact with the Europeans has overall benefited us - from their use of common law to the introduction of a modern economic system to the introduction of professionalism in our governance system. We should be thankful that we had people like the British showing us the way. What we need to do is to perfect our ways and shun these so called " AFROCENTRIC MODEL ".
