NAOMI- 1. USTA must be biting their nails now.the chance to get next superstar got out of their hands! They didn't support her. Chris evert found keys and Sloane better than Naomi. And said Naomi is nthng special . Good for Japan for supporting her. And not a bad decision the endorsements she is earnings she would never have gotten in America! She is humble and classy and respectful and she is real deal. 2. She was never overhyped but let her raquet do the talking . Time to hype her wta. She has won 2 slams back 2 back. 3. She has the game to win 10 majors( I hope so ) 4. She is most marketable since the days of Serena Venus and sharapova they tried to promote other but they never reached d superstardom like those 3 mentioned above Naomi has it 5. Plus she is best of her generation

Great points indeed. 10 grand slams? As long as Naomi is fit, that is reachable. And she isn't even at her peak yet. Humility won't be a problem because as a Japanese representative, she has to embody that quality. And last but not the least, tennis players should all be thanking Naomi because she made tennis interesting again. She is drawing more crowd and more ratings to tennis right now. And the just concluded Australian Open is a proof of that.

@@janettemagracia1284 Steffi Graf is also my favorite, after Chris Evert. Yes, I believe Stefi was a better player than Chris but Chris being on top of my,list has a lot more to do than records/achievements. I think it is the X-factor in Chris's. She was very pretty and feminine, as opposed to other tennis greats such as Serena, Martina, even Stefi, who came across as not so feminine, almost masculine. For me Chris epitomized the best there is in women's sports, particularly tennis. And, btw, Chris's era was mine. Perhaps your father's and grandfather's, too. Cheers!

I think Sasha did an amazing job polishing this rough diamond. She got the game since '16 (lol the first time I saw her my mind instantly said "Dad, this player has that kind of aggression like Serena. She'll be big,") But I watched her more closely in 2017 and dang, got to say she was a hothead (she still is, but she managed to release the tension now more in the game) but that ball striking captivated me since day one I saw her (if Im not mistaken, it gotta be Miami 2016) Sasha's present really shaped her to literally fulfill her destiny to become a great player. I dont think without Sasha she'll gain such progress and achievements in just short amount of time, maybe her first GS will be several years later
