Incredible athlete. Legendary work ethic too, he could run a 10.4 100m and was bench pressing 420lbs at 185lbs bodyweight in college.

He was such a great running back. Was in high school playing football around the time he was at Washington I lived in Eugene Oregon, ducks and Huskies rivalry was a good one back then, he was so amazing to watch in college football and then he came to my Raiders. insane, wish he would have played longer

In many ways Al Davis had the right formiulae - Anybody named Napolean had to be with the Raiders. Napolean Kaufman was an awesome RB. I was really sad when he retired.

Anyone who claimed Neapolean saw Darrel and slowed down needs to see this clip, that's how you play football, break it open and take off, but for the defense, full speed to try to stop him

Saw him play at Lompoc high too. WOWX1000... In my Top 5 Raiders of all time too. Hated when Raiders gave Harvey Williams the ball more than Nip Kaufman.

@Jayden haro-Kaufman your cousin was an awesome running back.. still one of the best running backs to ever wear a raiders uniform... my favorite raiders running back to ever wear a silver and black uniform.... so elusive, agile, tremendous speed and acceleration..... and a great receiver outta the backfield
