Dont use a hammer for those black tabs @2:05 you will break them. Just give a gentle push in with body weight until seated.

I think the part of the video that shows step 16 is not helpful. The image is too dark, especially in the top left corner, and the graphic covers up important details that would help me understand what to do.

Was going to my local plant-senter for some flowers only and noticed this and decided to buy it since it have all the stuff I want in a grill. Stainless flavior-bars - portable driptray/can - sideburner - 3 burners in the right direction - room for gasbottle! Had my first grilling with it today and I'm very satisfied with the product. Also like the stainless connectors in the corners. Rust have no chance to start from on this. My old Weber was so rusty with gasbottle outside.. only one thing I missed in the package was the rubber-sealing which hold the gas-cable passing threw the panel. Is it possible to get the new sideburner with the fast infared burner and replace it with the one on my 2021 mod. cooking plate?

Hi Gordon, Thank you for your inquiry. We recommend having a certified gas technician install your grill to the Natural Gas source. This will ensure that it is done to local codes, that the appropriate water column is attained and the correct parts are used. Let us know if you have any additional questions.

@@NapoleonProducts I am putting the natural gas grill together and want to know how to connect to the gas line. I don’t even know if there is a gas line in the box as I have not opened it yet. What surprise will I find?

@@gordonmacdonald2130 All of our cart model grills come with the 10' Natural Gas hose with quick disconnect. As indicated in the manual: Hook-up to a gas supply line must be performed by a licensed gas fitter and leak tested before operating the grill. Let us know if you have any additional questions.

The 4:01 video to secure the hose clamp is actually going to one place to fit, its within the flex hose not what is shown in warning red card or drawing instruction... U guys need to revise the instruction..🥴🤧😤🇨🇦

The clamping of hose in reference to your drawing instruction and the warning red card is showing “X” not to clamp on the flexible hose it’s should go between the fitting of flex hose and rubber hose.. But the size of your plastic clamp is fit only in one size it can go only in flex hose diameter i know It’s secured on the wall but to place the clamp on hose is the main subject.. Those flex hose can get really hot and u should use metal clamp instead of plastic..🥴 Look at it pls before i return my almost 1500k barbecue

@@alcolavista-22 According to the manual (page 38) The retainer clip is clipped onto the flex hose just above the fittings. The flex hose should not be getting hot as it is meant to feed the Liquid Propane into the manifold. Not helpful - the video does not show the details to assembel the spark cabel nor the details around assebeling the left shelf with the sizzeler.
