Narcissistic Mothers Train Sons Self Power SHEDDING Which Attracts Female Narcissists In Adulthood
Hello thrivers! Today I'm talking about how narcissistic mothers or fathers but mainly in this video how narcissistic mothers teach their sons self empowerment shedding or self power shedding. And I want to explain how they do this because adult men of narcissistic mothers can then understand why you may be continuing to create or find yourself in relationships with the same kind of person which is probably either a female narcissist, a female borderline or a woman that's both a narcissist and sociopath. Ok so if you find yourself in these relationships where woman are super disrespectful to you where they don't respect your boundaries where you're treated as if you are beneath and worthless and it just seems like you're attracting women that are constantly trying to hurt and break you then you are going to want to watch this video. For those that don't know me my name is Michele Lee Nieves I'm a life and relationship coach specializing in narcissistic abuse recovery, cptsd recovery and childhood trauma. I'm also the founder of the Thrivers School of Transformation which is a monthly membership where we meet live weekly on zoom and we work through the side effects of narcissistic relationships together!!!
understanding narcissistic mothers and their sons, how narcissistic mothers train their sons, signs of narcissistic mothers, covert narcissistic mothers, how covert narcissists are with family, narcissists create enmeshment, narcissists train you to people please, why many adult men with narcissistic mothers find themselves in relationships with female narcissists, why am i always attracting female narcissists

I think there’s more to this… narcissists have a way of marking the perfect employee when you think about it. Perfect for the company… and by extension, perfect for the govt as a whole. A hollowed out husk of a human that will never rebel and never think for themselves… I’m willing to bet some ‘think tank’ came up with a “parenting guide” long ago and we are still experiencing the echos of that today…

When I was younger, it was really difficult for me seeing all my friends with their girls, and I was barely able to keep up a relationship even for a few weeks because I was already so torn apart by my mother and sister, that the narc-women I attracted quickly realized that there's not much supply to squeeze out anymore. But today, seeing my old friends that ended up literally everyone with a narcissistic woman is almost frightening. Once you have a child with them, it's game over. It sounds harsh, but you can either give up on your kid, or become an alcoholic. The problem is, society doesn't know such a thing as a bad mother.

The last few years I’ve been guarding my youngest son, now 14 yoa, from his mother, grandmother and his sisters disempowering behaviors towards him. I let my son know that my job is not to control his behavior but to teach him how to control his OWN behavior. He’s becoming a young man and is beginning to blossom but they want him to hold onto old narratives that no longer apply as he’s evolving. My brother in law is 45 years old and is in essence a man-child. He’s a great guy but has no self confidence and my wife and mother-in-law enable his apathetic attitude towards his life. Realistically his fathers a malignant narc and he was the oldest child so he received the brunt of the abuse out of the 3 siblings. His sister, my wife, is attempting to recreate the same abusive environment in our household so I realized that protecting my children is paramount.

Yet again, this is so depressing...every single video I watch on these topics continue to completely ignore and forget about those of us who've never even been in a romantic relationship before...they always just assume everybody has friends to turn to. I'm 38 now, grew up extremely socially isolated, never had any friends to turn to for anything my entire life, never had a girlfriend, never even been out on a damn date yet. All my life my so called "mother" has basically done, and still does now, everything in her power to cripple and sabotage my independence from her...I feel like I am truly alone here in my situation. 😖

If you're 38 already and still suffer... I ask you, isn't it you yourself that chooses that suffering? Unless you're actually bed bound and cannot physically leave your home while your mother is your primary caregiver, aren't you the one to blame for it? Being 38 is nearly mid-age. In that time you could've easily moved far away from your mother and just cut contact without telling her your location. Get a job in a bar or any other more social place and find those friends. Even if you're some sort of math genius, you could still do that. Right now you still can. It doesn't have to be forever, it just needs to break that ice. Please don't take this as a criticism, instead ask yourself, didn't this self-loathing just become your comfort zone that you yourself just don't want to leave. What is you mother going to do? Threaten to kill herself? Call an ambulance and tell them that, that she's unstable and you're worried. I know it's hard, I've lived through my own share of narcissistic mother's shenanigans. But what you do is you keep your spine intact by not giving up. You start with telling yourself that you're capable, and soon you will believe it. You can't just say that someone else is doing this to you when you're grown up. Otherwise you're become just like your abuser, except you abuse, well... you.

@@siepka2 As someone in a similar situation I know where they are coming from. It's very possible this person didn't understand what their mother was doing or why she was doing what she was doing. Maybe they only figured it out recently by watching videos like this. We are taught that family is supposed to be there to love and support each other. To come to the realization that this person is sabotaging and destroying your life is almost unfathomable.

These days ive had nothing but relationships with Narcissists, And lately my Mother trying to get me to react has been getting worse and worse just a bit ago she threw her phone at me and then kicked my leg. And shes 73. What a damn child. I never react really so shes trying harder. And we all here know why they do this. Would be to make me look bad and also so she gets attn.

😭 Thank you so much, Michelle! 😢 We need this information, validation and the compassion you hold for male victims of narcissism. When we understand the patterns, we can start to change the way we see ourselves, relationships, and the way real love is expressed. In the narcissistic dynamic, boundaries were punished and prohibited and thus they feel unsafe to assert or even have in adulthood in many different situations. We are learning to not constantly sacrifice self just to exist in the presence of another person. And a major part of that is being safe with and accepted by the opposite sex _while_ being assertive, boundaried, and authentic. If we muster the courage to be vulnerable or authentic, but we're still attacked, disrespected and degraded, then we will not be able to heal properly. This is several steps in the right direction. Thank you, Michelle. Bless you, beautiful soul. ❤❤❤

I have decided whatever may be the outcomes i will do as per my wish and wont give them the power to decide how my life should be in every perspective.. They do this to their daughters also. My mother has same gender envy with me and the step father is a cruel brute despot dictator who seems to think I ought to have been male instead of female. So effed up it all was. And she also married an alcoholic before that. SMDH. 🙄 I got it on both ends tho (male and female narcs). I have met a lot of women I thought were my friends or mentor mother figures, and about 80% of them were envious little competing backstabbers to me. Also had bad male and female bully bosses as well. Too many to count, tho a lot of it with the women narcs was covert social bullying type of stuff. My mother also tried to make my son her Golden child. (Before I became aware of what all was going on). I thank God every day he didn’t wind up being all that much affected by her (OR his grandfather) and that we had seasons of moving out of state away from them. Esp when he was so little.

The dynamic caused by this 'conditional love/self power shedding' often will generate an everlasting effect for even how money in proprietary is valued and becomes a compensatory gain for from the treatment of the self abandonment they had instilled in the child. Nearly every controlling narcissistic/psychopathic parent overtly or covertly has conditions made with for keeping their hands in the pie. Regretably this causes even the notion of gifting to be automatically received as a demand/entitlement/reward on offer. Thus defensively they (the controlling parent) have sought to gain protection self-servingly to the matter over your (the affected child) own means of autonomy in this world through the scope of conquest into adulthood success. If you happen to bust out and fail on the financial forefront side then the failure is theirs in denial and the disappointment this might generate will be shifted in regard to create an imposed feeling of shame that must be worn. They regard it as the happiness but use it further more to occlude 'you' as you from your own true meaning. This victim status impression (running down/minimization) of the individual must learn to create a better regulation for themselves in awareness not only to this by foundation in the dynamics for building awareness but what are the solitary solutions findings yet also for their own true gains/genuine appreciations/happiness and deeper sense of fulfillment. The best business practitioners build themselves up better than before and shed their powers in alignment quite magnificently. Something we all need to do carefully for emotions sake and our own vestiture for common survival in the ruthless or perilous schemes especially by way of narcissistic ventures, entraining and entrapment. Support you boss, mentor, provider in the simplest of ways, none more the power struggle.

It's not just what i learned in childhood, and not just my own stories. Look around! Talk to younger women and they'll admit they want a man's money and status; talk to older women and they'll admit they're just waiting for their benefactors to die and bequeath their wealth to them. Women are desperate to find a man who will feed and hold them and help provide for the bastards she made with a different rando, and they don't truly care which man it is. In the end, he'll be hated for not making her happy, and be the patsy for her own self-loathing and disappointments. Sure, that doesn't make them narcissists, but idk what self-respecting man wants to save a woman from her poor choices by adopting her and her offspring from other men. Make better choices, maybe even wait for the right person, and you won't spend your life hopping from random bed to random bed hoping to find a savior in another. Just a thought.
