My ex G.F who is a total Narsisistic person, has a male friend who calls her quite often, and has him over for coffee, she likes to tell me lots about him, he is an ex partner, is this triangulation ?

It could be triangulation depends on what she tells you about him. Probably she also triangulates the other guy with you, that’s called double triangulation. But ask yourself, do the things she tells you about him hurt you? Do you feel confused afterwards?
