Dude, like I so hope that they never ever show up at my house again. Although I did learn a lot from them, it took me a whole year to get beyond the traumatic injury of cortisol adrenal overload. So now I know how to detect these demonic assholes and have recovered my happiness better than ever. Thanks!

You wised up,and you figured out their cruel tactics. You become unpredictable, and the narcissist's are walking on eggshells. They feel uncomfortable and tense around you. The tables turn on the narcissist's because you're NOT covering up their malicious abusive behaviour towards you anymore.

Idk why your last few vids have really made this concept click in my brain. It seems a simple concept to understand and yet everyday you understand it on a deeper level and when you fully understand you cant help but feel a bit disturbed. And you realize how hopeless change might be for them, it is deeper than just going to therapy, its like theyre meant to be that way forever

Agree. It has taken me an entire decade of this with my family - it is so hard to accept the truth - they are hopeless cases - they are pathologically sick - nothing can be done

Whoa, I needed to hear this. It's been 2 years and I've not gotten a hoover. It's not that I want one, he makes me sick and better NEVER contact me again... ever! But, from time to time, I can't help but wonder why he hasn't tried. We were married for 18 years... in the last 3 or so years, I started standing up for myself and setting boundaries, and that's when the marital problems began. And I did start calling him out on his b.s. So, this video has made it all make sense now. Thank you so much!! I appreciate you.

I had one foot in the false promise of a romantic life, so it's like posing a challenge of how invested she was, actually watching a false demeanor when seeing her by 'chance' in public, playing half dumb like we never had a thing. It's all very sad to think about and I imagine too many pet projects and pissing off, playing on emotions might have.maybe had to disappear.

For the first time I was able to see the signs and call him out when I'd only known him a bit over a week.He turned it around on me (word salad) and blocked me before I could respond. Still sucks that seems to be all I attract or find attractive though.

On spot. The best way to expose them is to expose them to themselves. Yes it a low blow foe them causing them injury. Let them continue to do it to so else. Also become one somewhat. Usually, from what I've experienced, they back off it's simply too much for them to handle. We must become a triple threat and frankly I don't give a damn.

I’ll never see my ex narcissist again because she called herself trying to make me lose everything once she realized I wasn’t chasing or begging and didn’t want anything to do with her ! Her revenge tactic backfired on her and now she’s embarrassed and full of shame it’s no way that coward would ever want to be in the same room with me again knowing she tried to stop my growth and couldn’t do it now my new girlfriend just laughing at her because she knows that nut job is jealous bitter and envious of me thinking she was going to get negative supply from me! I wish I would EVER go back and 4th with that dirt ball EVER! No contact just so she’ll rot without my supply

reactive Abuse will also cause us to chase down the narc for accountability . I did when I was drunk the other night and I just made myself seem obsessive , However I am done , I am only hurting myself . I am donre, I hurt of course, But I am done.
