Encore BRAVO !!!!

Lovely playing! The ebb and flow of this young artist's rubato is so natural and spontaneous it seems lmost miraculous. Astonishng how much expressive power and subtle inflections he can draw from an instrument so clearly inferor to the modern concert grands. Assuming THIS is the sound Chopin, himself, heard when he first composed and performed his music it seems incredibe that what Chopin must have heard in his wild, far reaching, unlimited imagination MUST have been almost exactly what we are accustomed to hearing from Steinway, the old Mason & Hamlin, Bechstein, Boesendorfer, the old Baldwin, Yamaha, and now Fazioli and Kawaii. Th e sound of the Pleyel seems so BLUNT, so WISPY and so SHALLOW in comparison to the modern instruments. So double cngratulations are due to the pianist for being able to draw so much glorious music from this painfully limited instrument.

It is hard tell who is better than who , differences between winner and lost ones are have very small gab , playing antique piano will make sound way and touching key board harder than Piano made at present time . I am sure that some pianist could not produce beautiful sensitive sound as they play like S & Sons !!! This Japanese pianist has great technique and emotional clean cut touch tones , his rendition on normal Piano would be absolutely breath taking !!!!!! What prize did he get ?????????
