sexy legs you know I actually heard some talk and speculation on the next naruto being more of a 2d/ street fighter type of game. Because usually every year there is a naruto game released, so it makes sense because 2d fighters are being big right now pretty much up there with Battle royals and FPS. So basically I’m betting all my chips that the next naruto game is gonna be a 2d fighter

Caleb Mckoy i agree, but the only reason I would prefer a 2d fighter than a 3D fighting naruto game is bc it’s to similar to the storm games. I just think a 2d naruto fighting game would just be refreshing.

@Psyche the issue is that anytime kankuro puts you in blockstun the puppet can run in and throw you while you are stuck. If you tech the puppets throw, kankuro can then combo you while you are recovering from the throw tech animation. Basically, if a good kankuro touches you, you going to eat damage. Its busted as fuck lol

Same story here. Unfortunately for me, however, the game disc hasn't been readable for years. XD What's even better is that it happened just as I had finally unlocked Sasuke w/ Sharingan. I will never forget my sheer hurt after only, maybe a week of play.

@@Sarichi02 Well alot of people likes goku and i think its because he's the easiest one to use, he's not even that good actually, Shenron on the hand may be on the same level than otk naruto, although you can counter him with Cell, Cell has great anti tc combos and break guard transformations.

@@Sarichi02 It's not small for a fighting game but people choose the same characters over and over, goku, cell and vegeta at times, While There are alot of other great characters outside those 3, Gohan, Dabura, kid buu Trunks and Piccolo which btw its a top tier but for some reason nobody uses him.

Stance breaking isn't another name for attack cancelling. When you cancel an attack, your character enters a stance during the flash, and that stance is how the game scales your damage on your subsequent attacks. If you make your character move in a direction or jump before you attack, you "break" the stance and can bypass the scaling, and your combo will deal significantly more damage as a result.

Thanks for pointing this out. I'll admit, I'm pretty new to the GNT4 scene and don't play high-level GNT (I created the translation being used roughly two years ago) and was fairly nervous at the time, and all my GNT4 technical knowledge went out the window while up on the mic with StripperVash (who's got several years of experience over me on this game). At the time I assumed "stance break" was another term for the Y-cancel animation [term isn't used very often nowadays]...and I also tried making an "acupuncture" joke but "shiatsu" came out instead :P Haku does not do loops with his feet

I picked up one of these games completely on a whim the other day, figured it'd probably be a fun knock off of the DBZ fighting games. It blew my expectations out of the water and is now one of my favorite 3D fighters. It's awesome to see it has some kind of a competitive community as well!

This was a great game! I owned all of the Clash of Ninja games and loved all of them. I remember when I was 11 or 12 I did a tournament for this game and I did so well using Kisame. I find this game much better than UNS in some ways.

Entertaining Conflict from going to cons and combo breaker and seeing the turnout. Also the production quality of the matches and casters. Also the prize pool. Also the amount of players in the tournament. Also the fans there watching. All the noise you here in the video isn’t for the sets. There’s a lot of tells and reasons. Blame the game company 🤷♂️ sorry man it’s just the truth. They are leagues below tekken and that games kind of a joke compared to sf, MvC and mortal kombat.

Entertaining Conflict they’ve been streaming and casting Naturo fighters for years and it’s stayed the same. Listen to game wins and losses, no ones cheering because no ones watching. You can also see it on the cameras when they flash audience. Like 5 guys standing there and they are competing. It won’t die, but it’s in no way growing

@@HadirUntukAnda wrong see a teleportation would be a special move ie scorpion,dhalsim,Kung lao,etc not a actual in game mechanic like in Naruto also in the anime it's called substitution teleporting is different in the anime substitution is EXCLUSIVE to Naruto and requires a specific resource that ALL characters can do in the fighting games like mk,SF,gg,bb etc only specific characters can teleport not all of them

@@nepneppers8122 You can just use a Freeloader or softmod your GameCube or Wii (of any region) to play it. If you have a Wii, you literally only need an SD card and to follow a simple guide with Gecko and you are done. wiibrew.org/wiki/Gecko_OS There are plenty of guides out there and I don't know the best one, but Wiibrew is the site to go for downloads and general info.

One of the reasons why I wanted a Wii (besides Brawl). Me and my friend were big Naruto fans and when he booted up this game in his house during Christmas, I just couldn’t get enough of it! He was already tired, but I wanted to keep playing haha. It was sad that I couldn’t find the game in stores though. :/

@@Cloke100 kinda but I'm not a fan of the NUNS series. Not that they're bad it's jus ever since dbz tenkaichi dropped, like every tv anime game follows that engine of fighting. I'm more of a fan of the way budokai 2 and 3 played and the clash of ninja series. If anything I'd want a new one to play similar to tekken or dbfz. But that's jus me.

The Naruto GNT series was developed by 8ing, and they used the Bloody Roar engine as a template! There's random flags in the code leftover from Bloody Roar that do absolutely nothing in GNT, actually.

I wish that naruto got the same treatment as dbz (fighterz) This is still my fav naruto fighting game, I remember ordering it from japan with the freeloader as well. Storm4 is amazing but it is more of an anime arena combat game than it is a fighting game.

I once was in a tournament using this game when I was like 11, I did really well using Kisame but then I lost to someone with Third Hokage spamming his earth style attacks
