मै खुद तेली हूॕ.बचपन मे मेरे घर मे यही व्यवसाय था.लेकीन बैल का उपयोग होता था.मराठी मे हम इसे घाना बोलते है.जब आपने अरोमा की बात कही, तब याद आया की कितनी सुंदर खुशबू आती थी आसपास. और हाॕ हम खाना खाने के वक्त दाल मे, सब्जी मे यही घानी से निकला गरम गरम तेल देसी घी की तरह खाते थे. बडा स्वाद आता था. अब तो वो दिन नही रहे.ना घानी रही ना तेल निकालने वाले. हम भी नोकरी के चलते पुणेकर बनकर रह गये. परंतु धन्यवाद मॕडम आपने यादे ताजी कर दी.मै आपसे बिल्कूल सहमत हूॕ. की यह तेल खाने से हम हार्ट, कोलेस्ट्रोल जैसी बिमारीयो से बच सकते है.

We are already using cold pressed peanut oil, almost since last 3 n half years .... Cold pressed peanut oil is filtered edible oil and it's free from any harmful chemicals. These chemicals are used in manufacturing process at commercial production to give oil clear view and long shelf life. Other than these chemicals, manufacturing companies blend branded edible oils with palm oil so as to make it affordable by common people. In all, refined vegetable oils are full of unhealthy chemicals, irrespective of its brand or type. You should also avoid consuming sugar ... Jaggery should be used as sweetner.

Good to consume groundnut oil..good initiative. I have noticed such units in and around Bangalore too. I understand you need almost 2 kgs of groundnut to extract one kg of groundnut oil. It's expensive but good for health.

Dear Madam Your knowledge requires more enhancement, further you should speak about advantages and disadvantages of each oil. Since twenty five years it's observed rice bran oil is used as eatable. Behn ko koi btao k peanuts ka oil nikalne k liye water ki zarurat nahi pdti.. 4 months ki shelf life isiliye bta rahi hai kyuki water added hai isme .. It will start stinking bad.

Abe Jo tel ka price hai woh peanut se bahut jyada hai lag bagh 200 - 250 litre aur ye 6 litre matlab 1500 Tak dhanda karte hain aur woh bori peanut ki 600 ki hogi

1kg peanut market price minimum 100, so if she puts 17kg which is 1700/- to get 6 liters = 6 * 300 = 1800/- selling price. Just 100/- profit? I am not counting electricity or labour. Not sure how she might be surviving. Really impressed how positive she is.

That's retail price wholesale price is around 90. 90*17= 1530 including bottle and electricity it 1600 she is making 200 on 6 liters oil that means she is making 30 rupees for each liters.
