You cannot add water to the peanut before grinding. This will bring down the shelf life of the oil which will start smelling after some time like a rotten egg. He should use the same ground oil as lubricator while starting the process instead of water. The oil will be even more clearer and usable.

The water is required to moderate the temperature too not just only lubricant as far as I know. They keep resultant oil without moving for 1 day which will surface oil up and water at the bottom. They will extract pure oil out leaving water layer down. It wastes a small fraction of oil but then you are getting cold pressed oil too! Most healthiest oil and much better than triple refined oils available in market..!

You are not implying that they imported those customized oil extracter from Tamil Nadu. You see talented people's are everywhere not only in your tamilnadu. So stop your bs notion whatever happening brilliantly is only happening in Tamil Nadu and not in other parts of the nation. And by the way I am not from Gujarat. I am from Assam .

Cruelty is when those same animals are forced into slaughter houses. Bulls are of no use in dairy industry nowadays due to tractors and forced into meat industry. Our ancestors harvested their enormous power into some activities and their waste products in organic manure. As far as an animal is treated well, it’s good. Not against machines but quite against inhumanity in the form of humanity! 🙏

Adding water and some amount of jaggery is required for getting clear oil, And remove water content in the oil it should be filtered using canvas cloth. If you don't put water and jaggery the pulp will be just like peanut chutney powder, If you put water and jaggery you will get the pulp in the form of flakes which you can use for cattle feed

As far as I can tell it's used a lot for deep frying. It has a very high smoke point and is popular in America for deep frying turkey for Thanksgiving and Christmas.

@@joewoodchuck3824 I think the term cold-pressed here is misleading, squeezing of the peanuts also produces heat. Traditional wood press (like the one shown) produces less heat than modern metallic presses.
