Shed Repo?
Yes just like cars and anything else people buy them on payments and
if they fail to make their payments the shed rightfully belongs to the finance company, the buyer signs a contract giving the finance company permission to retrieve their asset if they don't make their payments.
I understand hard times happen to people and that sucks but it all comes down to responsibly,
If you can't pay you can always voluntarily return the shed which many people do.

@@jamesphilli8464 Truth! I remember one our landlords when I was growing up lived in a house built in the mid-late 1800's by his great grandad. It was all run down, junky, and didn't even have an indoor toilet. This fella was probably mid 70's at the time(early 2000's). He was one of, if not THE richest/wealthiest man in town. Owned roughly half the town(handed down through a couple generations of course). He was also the nastiest person in town when it came to living conditions and hygiene. He was a good fella, just...dirty. -lol-

@@bidenhatesamerica I'm thinking $500 per recovery or it might be based on the value of the recovery (a percentage) + video Ads are $5 per 1,000 views I was told. Maybe less for deliveries since nobody wants to punch or shoot you for bringing them a shed (or any other goods or services, cable installer is even safe in the hood) So 100k+ a year?

Yup it’s amazing how fast that lady sprung into action when she realized Josh wasn’t leaving without that building. She didn’t know who’s building it was or who’s stuff was in the building. They figured the repo man wouldn’t touch it with all that mess inside. They’ve never met a repo guy quite like Josh!

A person can be poor but that doesn't mean that they have to be dirty and filthy and live in a mess, with trash piled everywhere and dog poop . I don't think that I could put up with people like this . And that place was a mess, but you all got the building out of there and made it back to the lot and got it unloaded . About right. Drive a bobcat in there, scoop up all that stuff, put it in the dumpster , hose it out for 2 hours wearing water proof boots, put sanitizer right through it, let it dry and sell it to someone who will take care of it.

The contents of that building is probably their "retirement plan." As an adult who grew up in a family who took very little personal responsibility for anything, and who watches from afar as the hoard that my mother, father and older sister have spent years building begins to close in on them, this is triggering. These people are sick, and there's very little chance of them changing. Burn that fucking place to the ground and run.

I had one of these buildings…started going through my divorce and couldn’t afford it anymore. So I called the guy I was buying it from and asked him to come get it before it got way behind. He sent his guys the that weekend and I helped them load it. The guy told me when I got through everything to call him if I wanted another one. I had never been late so he was happy to continue to do business with me.

That's what being raised "my word is my bond" means. Anyone can get into unexpected problems. It's how you handle them that let's people know your word is good so they don't mind dealing with you again. Your word used to be all the credit you needed.

We was going to let ours go back because my wife didn’t want it anymore to save money. I just finished building my house, and was changing jobs. I had the money the pay it off, but I was spending 15k for school taxidermy school) so we told them to come and get it. He said he would take this much off if we paid in full so we did. I guess they don’t want them back. They will take a couple of 2k off. So we did that. I use it for my garden shed and hunting storage

My son works as a cop in Kentucky. He says the places hes called to is absolutely 💯 filthy. I couldn't believe it until I saw these repo videos😮 When he gets home. He has to shower, change to clean clothing and throw his uniform in the washer. Before he can hug his 5 year old and 6 old daughter and son😢❤

It amazes me that these people do not just get 'their' sheds moved someplace else before you get time to show up, ha. I suppose most of them are actually living in these sheds. Can't say I blame them as the sheds are usually big enough! But those filthy so-and-so's ... the way they live. No wonder it stinks. Each time I see a video like this and see how much effort and sweat you have to put in, I thank my lucky stars for being a work-from-home book editor! I have watched your videos for over a year now, and I never thought to see where y’all were……To find out you are only 60 or so miles away just made my day. I’m an escort and really miss doing shed moves. The guy I used to work for had a deal with a local shed company, and I really liked to move them. Currently working in the oilfield, and it’s completely different. The way you handle yourself is absolutely amazing! Firm, yet kind. If you are ever looking for a high pole, lead or chase just know you have a connection in Stark county. I am amazed with these videos and everything that is involved, from the construction of these sheds being built to be delivered and obviously being built to be repoed because they know that there are going to be people who choose not to pay for their shit, along with the equipment built to deliver and repo these sheds. This man doing this job is incredible, very professional and as she says in the video. His patience with the customers that she wouldn't have, I wouldn't either.

I have seen him help clean out other sheds before, or just the yard so he was able to remove the shed. It amazes me that people that let alone can not take care of themselves get pets. Then let the pets destroy a nice shed like that. I wrote this before seeing the neighbors property, what a difference. Tidy, clean farmyard, I bet they are sorry to look out their windows at the junkyard across the road from them.

To be blessed with a home and land and not appreciate it,, when so many have lost theirs during the pandemic, is just crazy! We went from a three bedroom home to a trailer and our children's college funds are gone, but our yard is nice and tidy and clean. It's not always easy but it gets done! I would give anything to have the space for my five children that we once had...I could turn that repo into a nice looking building with that property? Mainly because I cherish and appreciate what we do have. I wouldn't even need the home. The shed is almost as big as my home. I just don't understand this at all!!! Appreciate what you have and take pride in your area and keep your area clean.
