Shed Repo?
Yes just like cars and anything else people buy them on payments and
if they fail to make their payments the shed rightfully belongs to the finance company, the buyer signs a contract giving the finance company permission to retrieve their asset if they don't make their payments.
I understand hard times happen to people and that sucks but it all comes down to responsibly,
If you can't pay you can always voluntarily return the shed which many people do.
Then there is this...
“Compound interest is the eighth wonder of the world. He who understands it, earns it ... he who doesn't ... pays it.”
― Albert Einstein

First of all, no kids or animals live in this building. The owners of this property KINDLY let a close family member live on their land here. She took advantage of that and left a mess. She lives somewhere else now, and took what she wanted and ABANDONED the building. She kept saying she’d clean the outside (they weren’t aware of the way the inside was) and she never did. It wasn’t always that bad, and nobody lived there while it was like that. The husky in the video doesn’t even live in the state. The owners of the husky were visiting family (property owners) and babysitting the kids you hear in the beginning of the video. (Husky owner=man who answered door) the husky is FULLY an inside dog, he was only outside to use the bathroom. And only tied up so he didn’t run off while doing his business. The chihuahua in the video does live in the home from the beginning. The man who was on the phone should have taken her inside when the repo man got there, but he didn’t. The house that actually does have people living in it, is 100% CLEAN and the owners of it had absolutely nothing to do with the building. They weren’t aware at all of the state of it, as they trusted their family member to be responsible enough to clean up after herself. Obviously, a mistake. There were also NO DRUGS on this property. This is just result of a mean, disrespectful, nasty woman who doesn’t care what others have to go through to get what she wants. She was buying it, and was going to fix it up, (or so she said) and instead she left it like that. We all agree that she’s disgusting and we’re all embarrassed and shocked that she left it this way. But she’s the ONLY one to blame for this. She does in fact have money and could’ve paid her bills, but she was just too lazy to clean it and move it, so she just stopped paying for it and made it someone else’s problem. Had the property owners known how bad it was on the inside, they would’ve done something. However, they believed she’d be responsible enough to handle it herself and didn’t. The maker of the video didn’t make anyone homeless, as no one lived there and hadn’t for a long time. So to clarify, the people living in the home on the property HAD NO IDEA ABOUT THE STATE OF THE BUILDING. It didn’t belong to them, and they assumed the person in it was responsible enough not to leave it that way. They had nothing to do with the way it was left, and regret ever letting someone they trusted have it anywhere near their home.

Hello I just want to make it clear my job is to retrieve sheds like this, I never know what the situation is with the owner and I really don't care, it's non of my business and I never judge or condemn anyone, I know people in the comments can be a little nasty at times but I just ignore them, it's unfortannly the kind of world we live in.

I've been chased down the road by thugs with ball bats, shot at, guns pulled. It was an experience. The money was always good but not worth my life. When the people who do the Repose repossess a vehicle car truck building whatever dashing not supposed to remove anything that is inside it now if their owner is there and they want to go ahead and get their stuff out they can give the owner the option to get the most expensive stuff out but the reason why they're not supposed to is for insurance and liability reasons so that way the owner can come to the repo yard and remove their stuff later now that the owner elects not to it's not up to the repo guys to clean it or empty now it is if the repo guy is also the owner of the company that sells the buildings but usually the person that moves buildings drop Sam off is also the same guy who picks them back up if their repossessed
