First of all you always look amazing .. for skin try read on insulin resistance and see if working against it to be more sensitive kicks the hormonal acne. That helped me.

If you don't mind, you can try evening primrose oil tablets to balance your hormones. I started having hormonal acne sometime last year (I'm 35) and they've helped a great deal. Start on a low dose first and see how you get on.

The only thing that helps my acne is cutting out dairy and sugar. I use honey when I need to sweeten my tea. Pimple patches help if you tend to pick your skin and end up with dark marks all over.

Taking vitamin C tablets is so good for your skin. It can clear anything especially the cheap ones i found expensive ones aren’t that effective.

Hi Natalie, for the acne maybe you should try isoretinoin/accutane. I had acne for over 10 years, my dermatologist recommended it and my skin is so beautiful. it is the last resort for acne and with potentially permanent effect. you are not supposed to get pregnant while on it though

Hi Natalie, re: skin - I was like you. Extreme hormonal acne alongside my cheeks and jaw since I was a teenager. I work out 5 times a week, and eat a moderately clean diet but my skin was just not changing until my dermatologist recommended tretinoin compounded with topical spironolactone and clindamycin. I've been on it for 15 months and now at 28, I have the clearest skin of my life. I'm not sure if derms in Kenya are able to compound topical spiro but you can use tretinoin alongside oral spironolactone and topical clindamycin toner and that would be the best equivalent to a fully compounded topical.

Relatives from your mom's side have really nice hair. I know that cz I'm one of them and i had such beautiful hair before i cut it. Our grandma (may she rip) had super long hair. She'd use coconut oil and bask on the sun for it to sink in. ❤❤
