It's really cool to see the 2 driving forces for me falling in love with hockey cross paths. As a fellow aussie, I owe it to Nathan for being the initial spark for getting me into hockey, I've been an avid fan and followed his career with great interest, cheering all his successes. I've been fortunate enough to have met him, the most down to earth guy. And I owe it to Steve Dangle and the SDP for growing my interest and knowledge of hockey into what it is today. This was awesome.👌

St. Louis Native here and I just wanna shout out the Aussie for his play. Especially as of late. He's always skating hard, never takes a shift off and his fore check and back check have been outstanding.

Absolutely loving this kid on the Blues!! I understand how ground breaking it is to be the first from your country to do something. However getting lost in all that is just how exciting this ball of feisty energy is to watch!! Pure determination and grit. If this 5'9" packet of Uranium 235 collides with Ryan Reaves or Tom Wilson you might need to worry for Reaves or Wilson.

Every Aussie's got their own story of how they got into ice hockey. Year 10 biology class in 2014 for me. 3 Canadian exchange students were watching a Boston game and that immediately got me hooked. Chose goalie because there's something more intriguing about blocking pucks then shooting them. After moving from the desert to the city I got into it straight away. Unfortanetly I suffered an ACL tear during a break year playing rugby league 😂 And that was the end of it.

So proud of Nathan and all he's accomplished as a fellow countryman, and it's *such* a relief he's no longer on the Caps, lol. Atta boy Stormy!

It was only a small role, but I'll never forget the moments Nathan had with Washington when we won the cup. As the lady who came to my restaurant last night who couldn't stop making use of her accent whenever possible said about 10-dozen times, "cheers mate!"

Walker's an interesting player. His size and play style is tuned for a top 6 role, but he hasnt shown the scoring talent to be an everyday top 6 guy on most NHL teams. So he has to play a 4th line role for the blues, where he's usually going up against bigger players and he's got to play a defensive shut down style. So he's kind of caught in between there. He's definitely got an "it" factor though. Some people got it and some people don't and walker's definitely got it. Fan favorite for sure. Good on the forecheck, plays physical, can shoot the puck, but mostly just seems to be able to catch goalies by surprise with a sneaky release.

I really miss Nathan in Hershey. We have season tickets and sit 2nd row behind the bears bench and it was always awesome to watch him play 🐻❤️

Nice to see one of my fellow countrymen being interviewed by you both....but I am sure that Tommy dunderdale was the first Australian and he's in the hockey Hall of Fame plus won a cup or two with the Victoria Aristocrats before they were sold to Detroit falcons...who became..the red wings
