बीपी के मरीजों को डॉक्टर्स अक्सर मिलेट्स में ज्वार, बाजरा, फॉक्सटेल, रागी जैसे मोटे अनाज खाने की सलाह देते हैं. अब अगर आप ये सोच रहे हैं कि इनमें से कौन सा मिलेट सबसे ज्यादा असरदार है तो आपको बता दें कि बीपी की समस्या कम करने में सबसे ज्यादा कारगर है फॉक्सटेल यानी कंगनी.

Chef please make other Sridhanya millets roti too ( little , browntop , Barnyard , foxtail ). Chef merey aata bahut hard lagta hain...isko kneading karney ke baad bhi . Pani zyada dalo toh dar lagta hain...kuch aur tricks bataiye positive millets ki roti ko bananey ka . Roti soft nhi aati...fulti nhi hain .

Dhup me sukhana possible nahi hai to atta chakki par le jaye? At this point 8 hours pani me soak kara jaruri hai ? Please let me know.

Mera kodo Millet red colour jesa he ..aap ka aata ka colour white he.. mene yhi prosess se aata bnaya..roti bnaya..roti soft nhi bna.. aesa lga jese bajre ki roti hoti he.
