I have one suggestion. That solution of citrus juice with water is very acidic and it will demineralize your teeth if you drink it on a regular basis. If you're going to drink that you should drink it with a straw in the back of your mouth so that it has very little contact with your teeth. Don't ask me how I know this, but I know it is a fact.

This is good advice with real numbers. Salt is healthy. At one point I was told “you can drink too much water” so many times that I started intentionally drinking 2 gallons a day. Need to say I flushed my electrolytes and started having dangerous ECG results as well as mental confusion. I reduced water intake drastically and re mineralized my body with salts. Everything corrected. AVERAGES BP 96/60 Pulse 54

You should use dark local honey purchased from a bee keeper. Your store bought honey has been heated to 140-165 degrees to flow through the packaging machines and pasteurize. The nutritional enzymes are killed at 118 degrees. Fall honey is dark and contains much more minerals. If your store bought honey is being sourced from more than one country it looses traceability and is likely cut with GMO corn syrup. Real natural unheated honey will crystalize in just months but will reliquify by placing the jar in hot water or my favorite is place the jar in the Instant pot for 24 hours on yogurt setting witch is 95 degree the same as the hive. Never use the microwave.

Thank you for sharing this amazing information! I cab see some of the symptoms I've been experiencing and even my mother since covid she developed fibrillation and arythmia and last time she was taken by the premeds to the hospital they did a quick test on her that revealed high imbalance of electrolytes andbits why she has been experiencing these episodes of hallucinations and not wanting to eat and not eating enough to begin with and too much water drinking. I will certainly share this with my mom. Now she is under medication for the fibrillation which she doesn't like cause it's made her lose hair and ai believe if she would eate better all these symptoms would not be around. She is 79 and not easy to change her understanding about food that would help her. Thanks again!!😊

@@75blackviking well everybody needs trace minerals, and you don't need all that much,but seemingly many people get little to no trace minerals We drink filtered aka demineralized water We are scared of salt( good salt is beneficial to health) And government salt is mostly just NaCl + a bit of iodine Corn fed beef has way less minerals than grass, and lots of grass is less mineralized than years past Sweeteners are mostly demineralized unlike old sweeteners like molasses Our crops are less mineralized every year, good agriculture requires compost, where the carbon breaks down into carbonic acid which leeches minerals out of rocks in the soil, chemical fertilizers don't do this Anemia is not a lack of iron, excess iron is actually very harmful, but they villify meat which has great heme iron,and never tell you that absolutely every grain in America is fortified with crappy iron filings Supposedly to prevent anemia in pregnant women ,but more women are anemic now than when we started High iron is worse for men , bc they have very little ability to get rid of iron, donating blood is actually supremely beneficial, also likely why bloodletting persisted for so long Alzheimer's Huntingtons and parkinson's all almost always present with incredible amounts of iron in the brain this causing NTs to decay extremely quickly aka gives them much shorter half lives Id guess the most important trace minerals in BSM molasses are copper and selenium Anemia is actually a lack of antioxidant capacity in the blood,this the body restricts iron, because iron rusts, selenium helps regenerate glutathione a powerful antioxidant, and copper is important for a transporter enzyme that helps get the iron into the RBCs if memory serves If you Google " vitamin C intake and iron uptake " you will see the copious evidence that the more vitamin C ( antioxidant) you ingest,the more iron you absorb Best of luck,hope you found something I said useful Be safe and be well

I believe electrolytes are so important I carry a lot of stress and have for decades and I don’t go to a doctor I just try to fix it myself and I know that if I could just balance my electrolytes and keep them that way I will feel so much better. My problem is I eat really bad because I’m so tired & too stressed to eat right, I think I keep getting adrenal fatigue. Im overweight & it’s a catch 22 -I don’t have energy to eat right or go to the store to get healthy vegetables so I try to get it in a powder mix. lately I have been eating fresh vegetables. If we could keep our electrolytes balanced (I really believe) it would cut out about 50% of all sickness and disease I truly believe that.

There is also a risk with replacing electrolytes that aren’t deficient. The most severe symptoms can occur with high levels as well.

I’ve been searching for over a year now to find a completely clean magnesium supplement (everything has artificial ick in them), I’m so happy to have your video recommended and see your magnesium! But is it true that we absorb magnesium better through our skin, like a bath or lotion? Cant wait to try that delish electrolyte drink in the AM!😌
@denabatt
@denabatt Жыл бұрын
Yes it is better obsorbed through the skin, I buy homemade magnesium spray, a local makes it in our peace area in BC, Canada.
@sherylburt7863
@sherylburt7863 Жыл бұрын
I totally disagree. Magnesium is much better absorbed through oral route. Your skin is designed to keep things out. It has a thick layer of dead skin along with oil glands to achieve this.

I’m a 65 year old Massage Therapist. All I know is when my body feels “tapped out”, if I’m drained mentally, emotionally or spiritually, an epsom salt bath is my go-to! I make the bath as hot as I can, throw in 6 or 7 handfuls, turn out the lights, listen to calm music (lots of free good stuff on KZfaq), light a candle and RELAAXXX!!

I try to avoid carbs, can I use whole leaf stevia? I have PCOS and Insulin resistance, I need to avoid all things that spike my blood sugar. Plus I have been using trace Minerals 40,000 volts but the magnesium makes me sleepy. Can't have that during the day. Any suggestions?

My BP bottomed out one time when I was fasting and I panicked and just started throwing together all the electrolytes I had around like acv, lemon juice, pickle juice, sauerkraut juice, baking soda, my magnesium citrate powder and some calcium powder I have on hand for sugar free antacids, then added some mct oil and shook it all up and added some tajin and stevia for funzies. It worked in about 10 minutes! Yes, lol I have my own bp cuff! Then I went out and bought a sugar free version from Sierra Fit because mine didn't taste nice at all, lol!

I m cautious about the inclusion of spinach without the caveat about oxalites for kidney stone formation. Would you do a video about stone prevention? Thanks.
@db3519
@db3519 Жыл бұрын
Spinach needs to be eaten raw to prevent too much oxalate damage to the kidneys. Also, daily intake of lemon juice in water prevents kidney stones.

oxylates are bad for more than kidney stones. but there are ways to reduce them in foods they are in. and it's really an excess that is problematic.
@lawillerton
@lawillerton 11 ай бұрын
@@ivyz2741 Spinach is the worst food out there for Oxalates, consuming spinach daily means you will taking in more oxalates than your body can get rid of. For this reason alone; spinach is not a superfood, and it should be avoided.

My girlfriend has alcoholic liver cirrhosis. From a medical standpoint, she supposed to avoid sodium. If I’m not mistaken there’s a major difference between sodium from table salt or processed foods compared to Himalayan salt??? Without Himalayan salt you get all the minerals and real sodium. I’d say with Himalayan salt in moderation would be very good for her and her body.
