When I was 21 years old an in physical therapy school, I was diagnosed with moderate-severe Rheumatoid Arthritis, also known as RA.
The persistent pain and swelling in my knees, feet and hands was worsening, so the diagnosis was a good thing in terms of now having a disease that we could treat with various medications.
However, the diagnosis was also a disappointment for me... after all, who wants to have a chronic autoimmune disease with the promise of consistent joint pain for the rest of your life?
As life went on though, I started to figure out healthy, natural ways to treat my rheumatoid arthritis, and these natural treatments also had a positive impact on just about every aspect of my health.
I found a silver lining to my autoimmune disease!
As a physical therapist, it also offered me a chance to help other people with their chronic inflammatory diseases, which I've tried to do over my 16-year career.
However, it wasn't until recently that I found a way to really help people reduce their inflammation with natural methods... that is, until I stumbled across the "20-30 Fast Track" program.
What started as an interest in helping my clients lose weight quickly blossomed into something much more impactful: helping people lose weight quickly as a SIDE EFFECT of improved overall health.
I now have a structured, easy-to-follow system that allows people to experience an anti-inflammatory diet, which allows them to experience amazing health benefits and weight loss!

Thank you for this video. I wish I could speak to you one on one so I could learn more about getting off of gluten which I’m afraid of because everything I like has carbs in it lol but I would really like to get rid of the inflammation. I just turned 50 and I would like to start living a healthier lifestyle so that I can live longer and more productive.

This ytuber is correct. Look up carnivore diet on yt. Read the comments on each yt channel. You will be satiated and not crave what you shouldn't eat. Don't worry about that.

Are anti-inflammatory diets more costly? How can one do them as cheaply? Also, I eat sandwiches a couple times a week (bread, cheese, lunch meat) because I work somewhere without a fridge, stove, or microwave, so what can I have that's gluten free instead of that that will keep for 2-5 hours in my bag and not need to be cooked of heated as a lunch?

It’s not easy for Indians to get off dairy and gluten. We eat wheat chappathies everyday and we eat rice too..do all grains have gluten? For Vegetarians Milk yogurt and ghee is a must. Such a difficult situation!

I feel for you. I know you're Indian, but look up the carnivore diet. I've seen many with auto immune completely healed from it. Then they reintroduce foods back one by one and the immune stay gone. Read the exact nutrition facts of nutrients that come from each food. Eat the foods that weren't created or genetically altered by man. (Most were). Just some thoughts.
