What can you do if you naturally tend toward pelvic floor tightness but would like your pelvic floor to feel stronger or more dynamic with a contraction?
Part of the answer will be down-regulating the tightness, but you also need to know which key muscles you can strengthen within the pelvis to assist with naturally lifting the pelvic floor. This way the pelvic floor-specific muscles won’t have to do all of the work.

Focus on squeezing the block not at the knees but from the top of thighs or even pulling top of thigh bones together, works really well
