Nice job! I use the Aunt Jackie's mousse but I've never tried the grapeseed gel. I've used the flaxseed gel they make called Don't Shrink along with the mousse and got great results. Thanks! ❤

Hi Rae I have not used the Aunt Jackee’s grape-seed line but I loved the combo on your hair and with my hair being finer I think I could go a full week. I have started liking volume over definition (I still want my hair defined) but it takes a few days to get the volume. I have only tried a mousse one time and loved it but that was very early in my natural hair journey but I liked it and want to have one good moisturizing Mousse in my rotation of products. OMG 😮 another dryer bit the dust smh and yes I agree to look around for a heavier duty standing dryer that is made to handle weekly to bi-weekly use. They don’t make things to last very long like they use to. Good luck finding one. Let us know as I would like another dryer that dries with the airflow going downward.

Hi Shelle! You could definitely get a full week out of this. I washed on day 5 because I needed to get more content out, but I definitely didn't need to; I could've gone a full week. I think this mousse is very moisturizing, especially paired with the leave-in and gel. My hair was moisturized the entire time. Thanks for tuning in.💛

Your curls are so beautiful the mousse foam products are my favorite because I don't have to do much to enhance my wave pattern. I Just do foam and water and a little gel to cut my frizz if I need to. Great video thanks for sharing.

Thank you! I used to use the Don't Shrink and I didn't get flakes with it, but I never used it with the Curl la la. Have you tried the gel with a different leave-in? I can't remember what I paired it with, but I plan on revisiting that gel soon so hopefully I can share a combo that may work for you. Thanks for tuning in.

This looks great. I do like the ice curls gel but never did a combo for the wng. I did a wng w the mousse only but wasnt a fan of the feel of the cast. However, it was a good mousse for a twist out. Nice hold and shine

I love your results. I recently got Aunt Jackie’s Ice Curls, Don’t Shrink Flaxseed Gel, Curl Boss and Quench Leave-in. I’m currently trying out the ice curls and so far, so good. I will eventually get around to picking up the mousse now that I know it pairs well with ice curls and I’ll bet it works well with the other gels too.

I absolutely love your results. I really like Aunt Jackie’s Ice Curls but my hair was dried two days later. I’ll try it again with their leave in & mousse and see how it works out

Thank you. What helps me have and keep moisturized hair is having a good wash day. My hair has to be moisturized and hydrated before putting my leave-in and stylers on. If my hair isn't hydrated first, it won't be hydrated after. With that being said, think back to when you used it and whether you had a successful wash day with products that really moisturized your hair and did you deep condition, etc. Just a thought. Let me know how it goes the second time around. 💛

Great video as always! Would you say the Aunt Jackie’s Ice Curls gel is comparable to the Talia Wajid hold me down gelle? I love that gelle and am looking for back up gels with similar hold and softness. Based on your videos the African Pride Aloe and Coconut water gel and the KeraCare Moisturizing gel might also fall in a similar category, but I’d love your thoughts!

I love the Taliah Waajid Hold Me Down Gelle, especially the original version. I haven't used the Taliah Waajid gel in a while, but I think that they are very comparable in look, feel and hold. I think this one may have a bit more hold, but still not a crunch. Also, you may try the Eden Lavender gel. That one really surprised me. The KeraCare gel would be my last choice only because it is very sticky if you use too much. It will make the hair feel gummy and I don't particularly like that. If you use that one, just use a very little bit and make sure to dry your hair completely. Thanks for tuning in.

I do have a lot of products to get through and I am doing my best to use some things up. As far as this mousse, I definitely think it is moisturizing but I don't know how the hold would be, long term, without a gel or styling cream to help it out. Thanks for tuning in and engaging with me.💛

Hi, I know you didn't ask me lol but I've used this mousse multiple times on my daughter's hair alone. I do mini twists on her using the mousse and after a week I will unravel them. Her twist out lasted over a week with great definition and minimal tangles. I usually don't go this long between wash days so this isn't our usual routine, but it worked out lol
