We have some exciting news. We've started a 2nd channel called "DN Reacts - Showtime" with the first video, The Last Dance E1, due Tuesday 7th November! It's a separate channel because the type of content going on there differs from the content on DN Reacts, so it makes sense to give this a new home and not alienate anyone accustomed to the current content style and uploads. The type of videos going on to DN Reacts - Showtime will be edited reactions of TV Shows & Movies. There's heavy editing involved as we're only able to show much shortened versions of these on KZfaq. Full reactions and Edits will only be available via our Patreon page. If our new channel sounds appealing to you, please could you subscribe and give our first video a watch when it's released next Tuesday! Videos will be released at 10am Eastern Time on Tuesdays & Fridays (have taken the 5th November into consideration already - also, our old release time on DN Reacts for those who've been with the channel a while). The link to DN Reacts Showtime is youtube.com/@DNReactsShowtime?si=Cs23PM9VjA1tPwec

Depressed Ginger's rankings always bother me and a lot of other people. He is always filled with some very hot takes. I swear he must look at just 1 interior and 1 exterior photo. For example, although I agree Wells Fargo Center's exterior and court area isn't anything special, their half a billion dollar renovation is all in the concourse and club levels which are beautiful now. But looking at a picture of the court won't show you that.

Take everything Depressed Ginger says with a grain of salt. If a stadium has more than a few rows of upper deck seating he immediately hates it regardless of anything else and just starts rambling about how it's going to need a massive renovation. He also routinely mispronounces words and names in every video, like how he calls the Spurs coach "Poplovich" in this one.

"Take everything Depressed Ginger says with a grain of salt" ....Huh, why would you need to do that? He's giving his opinion... It's not the word of God (if you're in to that sort of thing). Even if an architect was giving their take on this subject, it would still be just an opinion, and entirely subjective.

TD Garden is a major landmark in Boston as it's the first major building you see when you get into downtown Boston from points north via the bridge pictured to the right of the exterior photo. I was even just on the highway in the frame last Sunday!

As for the Fiserv Forum- the thing that stuck out the most is you can see the game from ANYWHERE, even when not in your seat, and there is not a single bad seat in the arena. You are able to look from all levels and even at the very top, in the “nosebleeds” you can see the game so well. The entire wrap-around level of the stadium is filled with good views of the court as well as many things to look at and good to buy. And there are many odd structures inside the stadium that give it an almost dream-like feel, including an outdoor balcony that overlooks the best part of Milwaukee. I’m biased as someone from Wisconsin, but Fiserv Forum is truly the best stadium I’ve ever been to in America, and I’ve been to quite a few NBA, MLB, and NFL stadiums on road trips and such.

Always love your videos. It was an interesting take on little Caesars Arena. I would take a look at it right now on the Google mobile because these rankings are using older photos. The videos show construction next to it, which is filling in gaps along the street front. It's designed so it fits in with Woodward Ave, Detroit's main street, so a good part of the arena is built sub grade, the tallest part of the dome isn't in sight, and there is going to be buildings flanking it so those plain looking walls aren't really going to be seen as clearly from the street. The northside buildings are complete, and the hotel on the south side is underway.

2:07 - I too thought it was built in the 80's based on the exterior but it in fact opened in 1999. 2:41 - Nick, your initial description here nailed it better than what you went on to say. Target, and Wal-Mart too, do sell everything but that includes groceries, clothes, electronics, toys, sporting goods, you name it. A pure grocery store or supermarket (some popular chains here include Kroger, Albertsons, Stop & Shop, Shop Rite) just have food, drink, medicine, and toiletries however, some big ones are as big as smaller Wal-Marts and Targets. 8:34 - See, Nick was right, it's still a jumbotron. Video board or video screen or scoreboard is fine too. Megatron is the head Deception (got there eventually Nick 😉)...or Hall of Fame Detroit Lions wide receiver Calvin Johnson. 10:31 - Those are mostly VIP suites. Most arenas have some amount of broadcast booths either in those sections or around the upper deck but that would just be for hockey as basketball announcers get to sit on the floor. 14:08 - To Nick's point here, it is actually a bit crammed together but that was on purpose. They built this specifically for basketball and they wanted the crowd to be on top of the court, more like older college arenas. This did cause problems when the Islanders had to move here as a temporary home while their new arena was being built and the site lines were NOT good for hockey but it seems to work well enough for the Nets. 23:39 - If California were an independent country, it would have about the 5th largest nominal GDP in the world.

"Vivent Arena" aka "Delta Center" is ranked at 26 yet is prob the best arena in the NBA. The Jazz are known for probably having the best/loudest fans in the NBA (watch any Jazz video and you'll see), and part of that is because it's basically the only arena that was specifically designed for bball and not multiple sports. It has a very vertical design, which "makes the fans feel on top of you" according to players. They always have a great home record. The design is so good that the Clippers owner realized he had to copy it for his new $$$ arena that will debut soon.

I'm about a lot of The stadiums outside where I live. American Airlines arena is over rated here. The seating isn't great. Toyota is ok. I hate saying cause I hate the spurs, but the stadium is great at&t doesn't have a single bad seat in the house. I've seen every general area there but under rated for sure. Never heard msg as a nice place. Heard its a dump but the history and the fans make it special.

So fun fact about the San Antonio Spurs Arena, so the branding contract ran out with AT&T a few months ago, so near the end of September, they have renamed it to the Front Bank Center. Another fun fact is, that it's not downtown, it's kind of off to the side, like 10 minutes away from downtown, and they are thinking about building a new arena and putting it right in the middle of San Antonio, so that is one to watch for in the coming years, to see if they get a new arena or not. (Also the Spurs just built a new practice facility that costs around 500 million USD, and it looks absolutely insane for a practice facility. So I recommend just taking a look at that, one of the best facilities in all of Sports and it is extremlely new, they literally finished it, like a month ago.)

Before I watch, I just want to sound off on the Sixers moving out of South Philly to Chinatown: Sixers have the absolute worst owners group in the NBA - they also just bought the Washington Commies (Eagles rival in the NFL) & NJ Devils (Flyers rival in the NHL.) They put more efforts into moving the team to a downtown location than improving what’s on the court! They care way more about their NFL! All of our 4 major sports (also, the Wings, in Lacrosse) are housed in the same location. It can get pretty crazy when a couple of events are happening at once but tailgating just gets better if you’re not taking the broad street line subway. I wouldn’t mind the Sixers moving but I don’t trust this ownership group & they already threatened the city they would move the team to New Jersey if they don’t get their way! **South Philly sports complex just a couple of weeks ago: Game 6 of the NLCS (Phillies v DBacks), México v Germany at Lincoln Financial (Eagles home) for a ‘friendly’ & a Flyers game all at the same time!

Although I also don't like the Harris Blitzer ownership group I totally see their reasons for wanting to move out of the Wells Fargo Center. They are one of only a few teams in the NBA whose arena is owned by a different corporation (Comcast) instead of themselves or local government. Therefore they have to pay a lease every year and don't make money off of parking or concessions. It makes business sense to push for your own arena. The location can and is being debated obviously but I don't fault them for wanting to get out, especially knowing how greedy Comcast can be with their sports businesses.

I totally understand why they want out of there but I just don’t trust them. Hearing them talk about Philly and Sixers fans in such patronizing ways (about the new arena & about the teams’ lack of success-even after dealing with The Process) just makes me not care that they are paying rent. I really don’t trust them.
