Agree with your statement, but I don't think that's the point the video is trying to make. If you notice the constant, there's Rus and James chasing stats over team success. Setting a bad precedent and culture in their respective teams since they are leaders (that's why they haven't and will not win championships). Many role players once retired have said how miserable they are in a culture where you feel that the leader has a personal agenda apart from team success and championships.
