Authentic North Karnataka Chutney Recipe. It is very easy to make.
Can be served as salad or chutney with the meals. It is high in protein and helps in better digestion.

1 cup Moong dal- Soak it overnight
3-5 Green chilli
Curry leaves
Coriander leaves
1 tsp Cumin seeds
1/2 tsp Mustard seeds
Jaggery
Salt
5-6 Garlic cloves
1 Tsp oil
1 Onion finely chopped
