What's hilarious is Conan wore almost the same S&M outfit when he visited a dominatrix in Berlin. Perhaps the chest strap broke in that segment because the chest rig wasn't secured to his shorts on the front and back like it is on this outfit. That would mean Conan was right, it *WASN'T* his fault the strap broke.
