Hey Friends,
non-coding RNAs, appear to be the little sister of the messenger RNA.
But these ncRNAs possess a multitude of essential functions. Long non-coding RNAs (lncRNA) have been linked to disease, micro RNAs (miRNA) and short interfering RNAs (siRNA) can regulate transcription by gene silencing. Other non-coding RNA products such as transfer RNAs (tRNA) and ribosomal RNAs (rRNA) execute housekeeping functions in protein synthesis (translation).

Thanks for your video. It was probably better to mention that siRNAs are exogenous silencers and synthetic however miRNAs are endogenous.
