All of new widebodies from NFSU2 are hideous except for the Mustang GT and Mantis Evo 8. Vapor and Mantis from NFSU1 are still tastefull despite ricer era from 2003.

@@adlibbed2138 those people who just comment that it needs a remaster makes me laugh hard, EA won't remaster it and it never will since licenses for cars (Toyota and Honda) and some music can't be renewed, the community is halfway there since one team is porting it to Unreal Engine and the others are modders that expand the game like extended customization, more cars, better graphics etc but most importantly the Ray Tracing mod still needs work

They're all mods, the deleted cars are from the previous game (obviously). The NSX had some left over data in the games file indicating at one point it was going to be in the game but wasn't for one reason or another. The charger?... That one feels like a massive outcast in this game imo.

Some would look good with some retouches (even some apocalypse and armageddon bodykits). Yet 2/4 of all rhese kits do look dated... Still they look authentic and as long as the car goes fast it does not matter much.

I always found the widebody kits in this game to be extremely ugly. Only specific cars with specific bodykits looked decent most and rest were all just complete chaos.

When I first played this game as a kid. I loved the widebody kits. Now revisiting them as an adult. Most of them are hideous to me. Especially the RX-7 what a way to ruin a beautiful car.

Many of the body kits from the Blackbox era of Need for Speed (UG, MW, Carbon) are actually based on real-life body kits. Some were original designs but creating designs based on existing body kits was easier and quicker than coming up with brand new ones (EA forced them to release a new game each year back then so they had to find ways to speed up the process).

Olympic Imports mod for PC. It contains numerous cars from NFSU1: - Dodge Neon - Honda Integra Type R DC2 - Honda S2000 AP1 - Mitsubishi Lancer ES Cedia - Subaru Impreza 2.5 RS GDBA For Honda NSX NA2 and Dodge Charger R/T '70. Most probably modeled from NFS Prostreet.

El opel corsa que nivelazo de juego para aquella epoca y el primero sobre todo tenia cosas muy de los finales de 90 contemporáneos a su epoca xon respecto al tuning la jugabilidad pues la frenética nada que ver con un simulador pero era NFS y todos sabiamos que producto era desde sus inicios
